An extremely rude person called Isabella Williams contacted me from this number she was calling about some Payment Protection claims, she was abrupt, rude and abussive towards me when I explained I had never hade PP and did not need to speak to her. Where do these people get your number from to call you?

I have now received 13 calls from this number and 3 voicemails when I was abroad which cost me over £4.00!!!

I have just received a call which left me on hold I put the phone down and called the number straight back.  She was very chatty and asked if I was returning her call that I had missed.  I said she had already cost me money i was not interested in what she was selling and not to call my number again.  She still carried on talking over me so I eventually put the phone down  

She did say the name of the company when she answered but unfortunately I didn't catch it

had numerous calls from this number, have never had a loan, nd when ask whos calling they mumbleed something, so asked for company couldn't tell a word said.  Had 6 calls today between 7.30 this morning and last one 10 mins ago while reading this, didn't answer

i am only 12 and they have called me twice from some indian call centre i dont know how they got my mbile and ive been called twice in the past week its ridiculous!!

This company have repeatedly called my 14 year old daughter on her mobile and left voicemails saying she needs to call them. They also leave an 0800 telephone number. perhaps you should all call them and waste their money. It's 0800 027 9744. I believe it's the Claims Advisory Group. Woman I spoke to was really rude, reused to put me through to a Manager and then put the phone down. I called Trading Standards who advised me to register with the 'Telephone Prefernce Service'. This stops cold calls, and after 28 days if they still call you you can report them.

Best thing to do with these calls is answer them but don't say anything. Hello? Hello? Hello? Is that Miss G.? Hello?

And they always fall for it! Guess who pays for the call?

Got a missed call from 0161 9390436, there was no message left, so I didn't call the number back, if it was imporant they woud have left a message to contact them but they didn't.
I would never return calls to unknown numbers / callers. They never be genuine.

Keep ringing and asking for a specific person, told them on numerous occasions he does not live or has never lived at this address, nor has he been associated with this address.

had this number ring me 4 times today, glad i looked it up as i wont be answering it now,
and i havnt taken out a loan

Had a missed call, so I rang back, apparently, they want to help me reclaim £1500 back for a loan or something which I'm due a refund on.  Explained I am not due anything back & asked them (nicely for me) to take my mobile number off their database.  They said Ok & hung up.  Since then, they've tried calling my mobile a further 2 times today........

received 4 missed calls today from this number, eventually they left a message which say something about reclaiming insurance, so out of curosity decided to call them back - lol lol answering machine saying office was closed and to call back tomoroow!!! - someone don't think I will be bothering ;)

I am fed up of these people. Therefore I have just sent the 4 head honchos this email.

"Dear Sirs & Madams

I will also instruct him to notify the Department of Justice with regard to your rude, bullish and offensive attitude to obtaining business. We shall now wait and see!!!! I am not going to hold my breath, but will make good on my promises should they not do as I've asked.

my son aswered my phone and they said that they were phoing from the courts so with that he said i was not in and ended the call

These people are rude arrogant and persistent. After calls from them (knowing iv never had a loan or borrowed money) I  demanded to speak to a supervisor and demanded to have my details removed from they r system.

If you get called and harassed by them I suggest you phone the number on the website and demand your details be removed.
They are regulated by the ministry of justice. so if I receive another call from them i shall be contacting them TO PUT IN A CONPLIANT.

Keep getting calls from this number insisting that I can claim a 'refund'.
Very rude and unhelpful people at call centre.
Have told them I don't want to take their calls but they are ignoring my request.

This number has called me every day this week, even though I put the phone down without answering and am in the telephone preference service. this kind of harrassment is unacceptable. I hav checked it online and know it to be a pest caller.
