This number called and hung-up as soon as we answered.  It was on the suspicious list on here already.

Caller hung up as soon as call was answered. Background sounds suggest call centre. Dialling the number produced 'unobtainable' tone.

I was woken by a call from this number while I was in a deep sleep dreaming that I was being seduced by a gorgeous woman in red lingerie. Anyway, I got to the phone too late to answer it, but I've tried to call back a dozen times and the number is always busy. (I tried to get back to sleep but my lady in red has gone for ever!)

Call today at 2:30pm - no voice just hung up!

One of the millions of silent calls that come in everyday but in this instance showed a number.  This is one of life's biggest nuisances.  I have no idea who this caller is.

Couldn't getv to phone in time....1471 revealed01634386678 but it is always engaged. I am registered with telephone preference so it shouldn't happen.

I'm also plagued by this company, I have tried a search and the company involved is located at either Medway or Snodland, kent. I have found out however that this companies telephone company is BT!! (I will be speaking to them). This appears to be a company that uses an automatic dialer system that dials up 10 numbers at a time for it's 'rep' the first person that answers is spoken to by some pest wanting to sell you something, the other nine get bumped.

Nobody there when I answered but I could hear background noise.
Called back and got an engaged tone.

Just had a silent call from this number - very annoying.
How do I deal with calls like this? Well if you do get to speak to someone and it's a sales call, you can either hang up immediately, or, you can do your utmost to keep them on the line for as long as possible thereby wasting their time and preventing them from calling other people. Remain interested at all times - you can put them on hold while you go and discuss the matter with your partner - but actually you can go off and make a cup of tea or whatever! Sometimes I try and sell them the service that I provide so that they know how it feels! Don't get annoyed, get even!

I've actually spoken to someone from this company to tell them I am completely and utterly 100% not interested .... but they still keep calling me!

this no. called today i 1571d it and got engaged signal i was thinking it could be important so got online and googled the no., its really helpful that you guys have commented on it as now i know its just a pest call and  nothing to worry or obsess about

Got a call from this number and was asked if my wife (by maiden name) was available, I asked is this a sales call? I was asked again and again if my wife by maiden name was available each time I replied is this a sales call? after several attempts the woman retorted "Oh don't bother, I will try later so I gave her a list of expletives **** Off.....

called and hung up. Has happened before.

Same here, just got the call from that number and the line was dead. Tried calling back but always busy. Silent callers are such a nuisance!!!

i said hello then they told me the time then they hung up. hmm.

I keep getting this damn call and nobody is ever on the end. Why can't BT put a stop to these calls? I'm sick of picking the phone up to the sound of nothing on the end. At least when there's a sales person on the end of the line I can tell them to [***] right off.

I got a call from this number today - they asked for my mother by name.  She died last year.  At least the guy apologised when I told him.  Googled it and arrived here!  Hope I don't get persistent calls as it's upsetting

could not get an answer as permanetly engaged when i tried to find out who they are
