Keep getting a call from these W****** just hang up when I answer

Have tried calling back just like everyone else but its engaged all the time

My Question is WHY!!!!!!!! Do they call

Following my message of 7th Dec, got a call back from these guys. It is THE GUILD OF WILL WRITERS..... I told them I wasn't interested and I am a Solicitor.  Should do the trick!

Yes, it was the so-called "Guild of Will Wrighters" Call me this morning, but said "Good Afternoon" twice. I am registered for no cold calling, so they shouldn't be doing this. Didn't seem unpleasant, just unwanted.

I used 1471 to identify this call.  However, could not use ring back so looked it up here.  I am registered with call preference service but obviously these people don't care.  Thanks for waking me up after my night shift you horrible people!

We, too, are registered with TPS so how come the company can call despite this.  Is TPS toothless?

Google research suggests that the number is linked to the Guild of Will Writers ( www.theguildofwillwriters.co.uk ) but I doubt that as the guild itself looks reputable and not likely to be making such calls.  It is more probable that a member of that Guild is making the calls.  I can't be bothered to pursue this with the Guild but if anyone else feels like researching that phone number with the Guild, then please do so and report your findings here.

Just had a call from this number, same story as everyone else. Had a call from the same number last week logged by call minder. Recall a similar spate of calls about a year ago!

These are a bogus will writing company. I have spoken to them when they finally materialised instead of them putting the phone down, they are not part of any guild and are probably simply a marketing company trying to fish for information. Very annoying, like kids playing knock down ginger.

I keep getting the silent treatment from this number.
Other posts are right - it's an outgoing only number, but their contact number is 0870 2462000 - if anyone wants to ring them (and either speak or not...)

Called - no answer

Just had a call, once again they ask for someone who does not live here, keep having this number call me, getting pissed off

01634386678 matches with screenspeed website designers aswell as guildofwillwriters.co.uk, .com,screenspeed.com,screenspeed.co.uk, etc all same person registered at esplanade rochester address given above. Report as harrassement at nearest police station. Bogus/marketing set up. website hosting company for both websites, is fasthosts.co.uk -contact them about website being used for misleading/bogus operations.

Same as all the above - the ansaphone got there first and they hung up.  Did a '1471' and got this number.  Have previously traced a similar call to the 'Will Writers' but not sure if it was this number.  Why do they bother??  Or are they paid by the number of calls they make??
