Calls for several weeks now- message left on answerphone from Rossendales Collect on answerphone. It's usually at random times during the working day on a Tuesday.  
I assumed that it was a legit message for the previous tenants of my flat as it is an ex-rental and all sorts of random people have passed through over the years. I have been ringing back on 1571 to see who the caller was but now shan't be doing that again as I know it is a scam.

needless to say this number has been blocked
for iPhone and other smartphone users I believe there's a free app that does the same job

Call from Rossendale Collect this morning.  Left voicemail on my mobile that they'll call back at a later date (Can't be that urgent).  Having read the above, I think I'll ignore the next call.  Thanks to the folks above for your advice.

Received a voice message last Friday and has been playing on my mind so decided to phone them back. After the first attempt the phone was put down. So phoned again. Lady asked for my post code and said she couldn't bring up info. Then asked for phone number I was called on. I gave this to her and she said because of the nature of this call I need to divert to the relevant dept. On hold now for 14 mins! I don't owe any money and certainly not in debt so don't know why they want me. Received nothing through the post demanding money so I think I'll pop the phone down!!!!

I am constantly getting phone calls from this company, asking me to call them back.
I have no debt and never have. There should be a law against these kind of company's.
They call at least once a month if not more.

Had a call today, they left a message saying who they were....will defo ignore as never heard of them before

Kept getting calls from company called Raven dale, same as rosendale. tried phoning but strait through to auto.
When i finally got through, was told i was ether on hold or in a queue , for half an hour like this, gave up in the end.
I don't owe money or in debt. Only yesterday i received a letter from company called Marston with concerns about this debt i supposedly owe.
tried phoning again but know joy. Of to citizens advice as this is making me ill.

 

I think i may have been getting phone calls from them but a few weeks ago i brought a answering phone to cut all these pesky phone calls so when it goes to answer machine they hang up?  But i have had 2 letters from them  about a dept that i do owe. Inbetween the 2 letters i have made a payment plan with the company so tried to go on the email addres to tell them this and it came too this site VERY INTERESTING. glad i did  as it is this company they have all been talking about. phone numbers the same too. I wish i had asked the guy if they sent this to a dept collecter as it was HMRC and they are very good at taking payment plans even if it takes 3 years to pay off? i would like to know where they get there info from if it not from the company i will try to phone them 2morro and ask?  

just had a phone call from these people they wouldn't speak to me would only talk to my partner and when she wouldn't come to the phone (shes got a bad back) I was told it was a personal matter and was given the number 01706833772 and after asking what company this was, i was told yet again that it was a personal matter  so I asked for a name and got J J  then she hung up i rang back and after going through the automated system was asked for a ref number (which I didn't have as wasn't given) so I hung up after reading some of the comments on here they can kiss my [***] !!

Silent call, then hung up, from this number 14:55 today.

I've just had a missed call from this number. They left a voicemail stating, "Hi this is a call for Lisa, can you give me a call its Neil" and then the number to call. At no stage is any company name given or the reason for the call. Will definately be blocking this number

Received numerous calls from them (from a 0121 number) with one leaving a message stating who it was regarding.  Nothing to do with me.  They then sent a text  (from the 01760 number) (5 times in a minute) asking me to contact a named person on a personal matter. Telephoned that number (from withheld number) and asked them to remove my number from their systems.    They asked for my name and they were advised that they had no reason to know this and was never provide and  if they did not remove my number from their systems I would take the matter further.   They duly removed my number and I advised that one more contact from them I would take the matter further.   Lets wait and see.

constant calling from this number, 11 times, 20 time 5 times per day

Had a text looking for someone with a familiar foreign name. Have already explained to British Gas and several other companies that I am not this person, I have had my mobile number for years. And the texts and calls keep coming.

Silent call today

Rossendales are a dangerous set of nasty crooks.  I do not know how they get information on my very private business. I've been getting silent call three weeks now. And an aggressive letter that I owe money. I thought they were a reputable law firm. There was a mixed up about some money with a firm that I was dealing with. I have sorted that out with the firm. So it was strange that the firm now wants to take legal action. But just how does Rossendales know that I had dealings with this firm?.  I emailed the crooks and told them to send what ever files back to the firm. I just got another silent call. My son looked up the number, its them!! We went on google and found all these bad things about those animals. Thanks so much!1 I am about to call the firm to ask if they have any dealings with those crooks. If so why did they pass on information to them. well the information was really vague , only a reference number. strange. Thanks.
