I keep getting calls from this number, approximately ten calls over the last four days. Sometimes silence, sometimes an automated call saying that they have been unable to contact me......even though I have picked up and answered. I rang them back to tell them that they must have a wrong number but they deny having my number in their system. Very frustrating and annoying. Their advice? Just ignore the calls!

Answered this call, straight to recorded message asking me to call them, no idea what for.

Rang for the umpteenth time this morn (Sat) at 8am & woke me up, again }:-(

Just had a call from this number asked for me by name then said calls are recorded for data protection before proceeding to ask for my personal details asked what its in relation to and they couldn't tell me unless i gave them details told them im not giving anything unless i know why they are calling and they hung up

They just called me and asked me to confirm my name, so I asked who they were and she said 'My name is JJ can I confirm i'm speaking to (my name)' I asked again who they were and she said they can't confirm who they are until I confirm my name... erm what?! I advised I wasn't confirming who I was until she confirmed the company she was calling from to which she said 'We'll have to leave the call there then' wow!!

Messages left on the answering machine of a busy professional office.  This is an inconvenience and we need to stop the calls!!

Getting calls everyday now. Also letters. In the hands of my solicitor now. Will not get a penny from me. Might try giving them the silent treatment

"We are recording this call for quality and training purposes, can I confirm I'm speaking to <X>"
"Who's calling?"
"I can only tell you my name I can't tell you anything else until I can confirm I'm speaking to <X>"
"Well I'm not going to give you my name if you won't tell me who you're representing or what you want"
"Well we'll have to end the call there then"

You wouldn't call someone, demand information from them and refuse to admit why you're asking or who the information is going to, so why do these people think it's ok?

Silent call today 26/10/2017.........after few seconds a recorded voice.........said " been trying to contact you but couldn't get through "  they didn't say who they were after.........then said " we are Rossendale Collect....please ring us back on 01706 833772".........as if why should I ............
