Instead of patient welfare and satisfaction the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCO) are there to uphold the capitalistic values of its eye surgeon members.

As god as my witness, I pledge to remove this body and replace it with a truly independent body whose upmost priority is patient satisfaction and a commitment to guaranteed impartially.

England should no longer be subject to financial influences within its medical regulatory bodies and only a show to solidarity amongst honest people within the industry and all manner of people from outside can bring this corrupt RCO down.

So we'll march day and night to their big  London headquarters. They have the lasers, but we have the power.

Don't make me laugh. The incompetence of the goverment was there in black and right for all to see. All that air time on telly talking about Cyria and they couldn't get a mention in about regulation of laser eye surgery. Surely the needs of English people back home is more important than fighting losers in some stupid unimportant country. Gerimy Cornin and John McDonnell needs to get with the programmer and remember those who won the election for them and stick to the imported matters.

If on your march you could remove the GMC and replace it with a truly functional organization it would be even better.

Well if you want to throw stones about in the glasshouse of corruption, you need to look no further than your own John McDonnell. Less than 48 hours after a crucial vote that will condemn innocent women and children to a friendly-fired death, it's obvious now that his weak show in the defence of his leaders policies were due to having something else on his mind.

For he was pictured on the doorstep of the RCO with fellow corporate terrorists. On the publicity hunt for his true passion project, his personal injuries claims racket, Alongside his business partner Jenny Kennedy of Arnold Gold Solicitors and their fellow collaborators Digby Brown.

Everyone knows the Royal College of Ophthalmologists is a mickey-mouse outfit run by clowns but it's not fair to say they are deliberately incompetent, it's more that they lack the vision to successfully pioneer a meaningful patient centric charter.

John McDonnell on the other-hand has abused a position of trust and made fools out of his constituents.

Perhaps if he spent his time lobbying to stop the madness of bombing other countries, as a loose example, we could have invested the money in the tools required to successfully stop cold calls by unscrupulous firms, which after all is the main point of this forum.

But then there's no money to earn in that for old Johnny Money Bags McDonnell is there?

Fresh allegations received by a current whistleblowing Optimax/Ultralase employee to the My Beautiful Eyes newsdesk. MBE can exclusively reveal that Optimax are allegedly handpicking patients with only the best results confirmed at follow-up appointments and sending them an 'incentivised' email from their data base in order to encourage them to leave a good review.

In return for leaving a good review on Trustpilot, the individual will receive money back or a chance to win a tablet device, hence why so many people unnaturally leave a review in a short period. Obviously the IT geeks at Optimax remove the unsatisfied patient from this mailing list.

John McDonnell corrupt? What a load of jostling pittlepattle.

Are Optimax corrupt or just plain incompetent? For nearly two years Russell Ambrose fought with Rodders over a paltry £3,500, case settled in her favour last month.

Her claimed costs are £10,423.48 and his were approx £70k, which she'd have had to pay if I'd lost.

Not only has Russell breached their legal agreement yet again (as she expected he would) forcing her to issue proceedings for a second time today, but he has also refused to pay her costs, and yesterday offered her £3,500 in full and final settlement.

Too many asterisks needed to repeat the verbal message she asked his solicitor to relay to his client!

Back to court they go...

The same man who called Terry Dicks a pig's bladder on a stick in a vicious attack just because he lost £70k in a court case against him. C'mon!

If it weren't for McDonnell and his co-conspirators over at MBE terrorism towers milking their injury compensation cash-cow too often, maybe Russell Ambrosia would have some money left over to pay out more than his £3500 offer.

I doubt they've had the foresight to realise that without any milk, or anyone to feed it, the cow is as useful as a fart in a field.

Optimax are skint. This time next year they'll be owned by Optegra. Those dudes are really smashing their 2015 sales figures and could do with some new locations for their ambitious 2016 plans. Far from the world of spammy email and text messages that Optimax live in.

I had treatment for severe Hypospadias and it actually made the condition worse. Whilst the treatment was non-elective I was not informed of the risks. I just wanted a life, a self esteem boost.

There's no www.Hypospadiastreatmentruinedmylife.co.uk group but unfortunately there is no equivalent compensation scam in place and no corrupt politicians to fight my case so I just need to suffer alone and in silence :-(

Everyone knows that TrustPilot should not be trusted as they sell advertising to companies like Optimax. That revenue is more important that morality.

I hope everyone is looking forward to our party on Saturday, we have all worked tirelessly this year fighting the MBE cause and it's a well deserved break.

Sorry to be a party pooer but please everyone remember to ask responsibly. We are all ambassasors of the My Beautiful Eyes campaign and we can't allow our hard work to become undone with another night of drunken debauchery.

Now it appears that unfortunately neither John, Jeremy and Seb are unable to make it but we can't allow our political partners reputation to be tarnished regardless.

I also respect our tradition that what happens on an MBE night out stays on the MBE night out...but please...No pissing in the fountain this time Geoffrey and  if you see Annie & John banging in the toilets as they usually do, please intervene!
