back to glasses within 6yrs. Contacted optimax and they blocked my Facebook and Twitter post.

Had laser eye surgery in 2007 and results of this were excellent in short term but within 6.5yrs I was back to glasses again. Needless to say at a cost of £6.5k I expected this to last a lot longer if not permanently and had I known it wouldn't I wouldn't have paid this amount of money for the procedure. I recently read about the lifetime care guarantee which offers a free re-treatment and contacted optimax but was advised that as I had my procedure pre 2010 that the guarantee did not apply to me. I told optimax that I was unhappy about this especially since the procedure was much more expensive pre 2010 when I had it done than post 2010 but to have a re-treatment would cost me more money. I had no response from optimax on this and so posted a Facebook message and a Tinder message querying why the guarantee could not be extended to me however both were immediately deleted by optimax and I was blocked on their Bebo, MySpace, Teletext, Friends Reunited, HotorNot, Babestation, Tinder, Facebook and Twitter pages!! There was nothing new remotely offensive about my messages but It seems that optimax don't want people knowing that their erections don't last!

I feel that I have received appalling customer service relating to my enquiry over the guarantee.

Sasha Rodoy is finished. Might have had a bit of traction at the start of her Optimax Ruined Her Life campaign but alledely got overwhelmed by a cocaine addiction and greed for money from ambulance chasing.

Time to appoint a new  boss for the Optimax Ruined Her Life campaign.

People like Sasha Rodoy should get a job and stop claiming benefits. These people will do anything to avoid a honest days work. Pathetic.

Nope. It's definitely Optimax that's finished.

See when you go for a dump and you reach around for toilet roll but there's nothing left but a small strand of paper then you try to wipe your bum with it but you get poo on your finger and you then realise then that the only option left is the hard cardboard, you tear it up and use that but it hurts your sphincter.

That's just how finished Optimax are. Desperate, bruised, dehumanised and to top it all off, fingers stinking of SHlTE.

Merry Christmas Optimax, you know this one is your last as a trading business. Right?

It's the innocent people who fall for Sasha Rodoy's lies and moneygrabbing scheming I feel sorry for. A wolf dressed in sheep's clothing...or mutton dressed as lamb...Optimax might not be the best of the clinics out there but those people are being wrongly advised by an opportunist profiteer and it may actually make their condition worse. Not cool.

Who is the odd one out?

    1. Coco the clown
    2. Ronald McDonald
    3. Sasha
    4. Krusty

Three of these clowns like to splat people in the face with pies, the other likes to make fictitious claims in order to claim their own slice of the pie.

Undercorrected my cornea - I am still waiting for appointment

I had my left eye operation on 9/9/16 it did not work properly and I am still have myopia. I refused to let them operate on my right eye as I was worried if that operation worked in the same way I would not be able to drive.
I had asked for a multi lens and when I went to see the surgeon it had been written down as a mono lens - the surgeon reassured me the correct lens was ordered (I'm still not sure it was). I have had numerous appointments to tell me that the surgery did not work. I am now waiting for laser enhancement I HAVE TO GO TO PETERBOROUGH for a 20 minute appointment with a different surgeon and then may have to go to Birmingham to actually have the treatment done. I have paid £4000 and I still cannot see much out of my left eye. I have been robbed blind (pardon the pun). I will not let this bunch of amateurs on my right eye and will try and get most of my money back. DO NOT USE OPTIMAX

Let me get this right bawbag. You go on the offensive and accuse British banks of laundering dirty money and yet you mourn the death of the terrorist Martin McGuinness. Now we all know that the fact he murdered people with his own hands is ok now, those victims were just cannon fodder and you salute him as a hero as many like you do but a question for you Johnny Bag....He and his terrorist gang laundered dirty money to pay for their crimes so why didn't you criticise them for that at the time?#johnmcdonnellhypocrite

    bad optimax

hi,after my LENZ REPLACEMENT SURGERY all was fine until one year had elapsed and then I developed blurry vision.this would of been picked up on if I had received my final one year check-up.i did not receive this final check-up because the Hull branch of optimax closed down.when I rang the Leeds branch about my blurry vision they charged me £50 for the check that I should of received after one year.my complaint went through their head office at London, but was rejected.i am now in the process of going through a solicitor to receive corrective lazer treatment and my £50 back.yours truly,m.sweet.

Optimax/Ultralase Bad aftercare, results didn't last!

I had my eyes treated with Optimax at the age of 21 and 4 years later I can no longer see without glasses. When I wanted to have a check up to see why the treatment has not worked I have been told I have to pay £50 for a consultation. This seems completely unfair to me, when I have already paid THOUSANDS for a treatment that has not worked, taken time off work to heal and now I will possibly have to go through this all again so soon after and they want to CHARGE me!

I do not recommend this company

Before wasting your time with this company go and see your doctor, get a referred to the best eye specialist you can and listen to what they tell you before even approaching this company or any of a similar nature,
However if you want to be treated like a piece of Ham or their next pay Czech by indifferent unskilled staff then this is the place for you. So don't say you haven't been warned.

I was one of Optimax early patients at Finchley Road and had it done approx. 24 years ago.
Although it has many years of success over last few years I have noticed one eye is particularly blurry so approached Optimax to see if can be done again or another solution.
To my disturbance they have said they cannot find ANY records on my surgery and said "did have surgeons treating their patients privately using our facilities"
If this is the case I was falsely lead into believing I was having my surgery through a branded company Optimax and not through any old surgeon renting their rooms that can no longer be traced.
Optimax will therefore NOT honour any aftercare or the reduced rate they normally do for repeat surgery.
