    I upgraded my phone in November, and is nearly March I have constant calls from this and other companies asking questions offering really poor upgrade offers,  or demanding payment for my bill, think they buy lists of customers of phone companies in order to scam

    Go to www.mpsonline.org.uk/tps, they can block the number for you when you register, its the only way to get rid of them, O2 gave me the website!

    i used to work for this company. they are highly organised with an automated dialling system. they make roughly £150k a week by connecting you to different networks. they have recently got a grant off the WDA for £300k to employ an extra 150+ people and are expanding.

    Argh this company is so annoying! they called me last year and pretended to be O2 offering me an upgrade and they have started calling me again. Do the people that work for this company not feel bad??

    I have been rang several times a day for the last 2 weeks from this number trying to get me to re-new my mobile contract. you would think they could understand no after fifteen times of hearing it! is it possible to get these idiots done for harrassment or something?

    they called me everyday, but never answered myself, just ignore them, they shoud stop calling after a while....still very annoying!!!

    Received a second call in two days. Some illiterate welsh woman speaking very quickly and having to shout because of the background noise. She tried telling me my contract was up for renewal and she was offering me a better one with more texts and more free minutes for less money.

    I asked if it was the same supplier and she said 'yes 3'. I'm not on 3 and told her so at which point she asked who I was with !! I told her that it was none of her business and asked how she'd got my number.

    Her reply..... 'Data Protection' !!

    So that's what it means.... I thought it meant that my data was protected when I always state that I don't want to receive calls from 3rd parties but it seems that, to them, it means that their source is protected. Probably because it's obtaining phone numbers illegally.

    If this is the type of company that 3 are allowing to sell on their behalf, I suggest that we all boycott 3.

    Personally, I'm gonna put them on hold for long periods of time until they cut the call off. If they call back I'll do the same again and I'll keep doing it.

    I wonder how long it will take before they get as fed up with me as I am with them.

    Try it, I've done it before to other cold callers and they alwasy give up in the end. First thing you say is, can I put you on hold a minute. Then just leave it. Go back occasionally if you want to wind them up, say a few words and then say another calls coming in, can I put you on hold and just do it.

    I've had 2 calls from this company on my company blackberry (although I was away both times so haven't spoken to them) - it's only been live since Jan 2009 and only clients have this number. We're with Vodaphone so not sure how they got the number. I dialled it late one night and got a diabolical answerphone that was barely audible

    I've had loads of calls from them, and as I NEVER answer a call that just shows as a number. If I don't know the number as it's not in my phonebook I just send a text asking who it is, if I get a reply I add the person to my list, if I get no reply I simply cancel the call when it next appears.

    I simply entered the phone number into Google and it showed this site with all the information regarding the company name and address.

    Scum are out there to cause us all hassle, simply ignore them!!

    Ha ha ha, they have picked the wrong person to call. Not only do I work for a certain mobile company but I have also upgraded last week. It is illegal for thee people to call and say that they are calling on belf of a phone company cause they arent! Also, the company i work for has a form for us advisers to fill out and we can then take legal acion. Ha ha, cant wait to get through to one of these W$ankers! Funny how in the space of 2 weeks, they have changed their company name!

    i have just tracked down the address for the SPLASH ONLINE UK LIMITED which goes through to an accountant called :Gordon Down & Company Limited 144 Walter Road Swansea SA1 5RW Tel: 01792 543520 they refuse to disclose a number to contact them on. very dodgy !!!! they also refuse to disclose anything about the company.
