Please be aware that any further calls from any company related to Splash Online, regardless of your announced name will occur a £25 call handling fee from XXXXXXXXXXX plus VAT.

I would remind you that by calling numbers registered with the TPS, by failing to announce the nature of the business when you call, and by delivering “silent calls” you are breaking the law on all three counts.

I do not look forward to taking any further calls from you, submitting my agreed charges and pursuing you through the small claims court for their recovery.

Best wishes to a future in which I am able to continue my business without constant interruption from your horrible, intrusive company.

I find answering the call with "Hi is that Splash Online" and engaging them in conversation about something unrelated confuses them a bit.

I used to tell them to stop calling me but when that didn't work I thought I may as well waste as much of their time as they are of mine.

Excellent site, by the way. Always the first result when I get one of these calls and decide to search for the number.

These people keep calling me despite not giving them my number.

Eventually rang them and fobbed them off saying work pay for my phone so not to call which worked for about 3 days - then the calls came again.

Have added them to my auto reject list so they can't get through!!

i have been having these calls for the past few days, this nuber had been inactive for 2 months, so they must have been calling even though. they have only been silent calls, but nether the less they are still uncomfortable to have.

Got 3 calls from this number in the last 2 days.

I asked how they got my name and the reply was "Data Protection". They said they got my number from Vodafone and that my contract is up for renewal. Well it isnt for another 8 months!! I called Vodafone and they have added me to the 3rd Party Blocked list. Call your provided if you get calls and block them from calling you.

Had a missed call from them on Saturday - tried ringing back in case it was someone I knew. Heard a recorded message and then it started ringing, but nobody answered, so I gave up!

Twice now they have called.

I had seven missed calls off them, when I rang back, this voice that sounded like it was in another room replied then it just carried on ringing.

who are these people...SPLASH UK. ive never even heard of them till i read this. how do they get hold of your contact details? i dont give my details to random companies like this.

I received a call from Splashonline advising me that my 3 mobile contract is due for renewal. However, my contract is not for renewal until next year!!
When I said to the caller to hold the line until I found my contract papers he hung up!!
This was obviously a scam call where Splashonline is attempting to get contract customers from the 3 network to sign up with them. I contacted my 3 mobile network customer service department and they advised me not to provide any particulars re; bank account details, passwords etc., as Splashonline are not authorised to complete mobile phone contracts on behalf of the 3 network.
Be warned and take care. Report any unauthorised calls received.

I get this number and 01274794945 calling me.  IGNORE both.  Dodgy mobile phone company that will trick you. They tend to target people on O2.

Just got a call from these guys - exactly the same as so many others - hung up before I could answer. Googled to here and then added the company's number to my Reject List. I hate the way mobile phone contracts are passed around...

I have had this number call me every day since 4th March (twice on the 6th)with the exception of weekends. I am glad I googled this number and got this thread.

Can't believe they have my details - I have an 02 contract which runs for 18 months and it is just past the 12 month mark.  

I haven't answered the calls and wont be now I know who they are.

The other numbers they have contacted me on are 01782 762550 and 01792 763460.
