They are calling my workplace not once have the tried to contact me by my mobile number my managers are very upset about this and are threatening me with dismissal because of the company I have no idea why they're trying to contact me or who they are but I would appreciate it if they would call  my mobile and not my workplace

The caller's name has been quoted right from page 1 of this thread.   No doubt you will make the effort to call them on your next break if only to save yourself from the dismissal you mention.   Would you expect them to know your mobile number?

after reading many comments i am guessing they are people who you have some kind of membership with? i dont hold any memberships with anyone from virgin though i did have an account with virgin games slots 2 years ago and i had them close it down for me because it was a waste of money. you win once every so many months and occasionally a small win once every few weeks but this site was 2 years ago so why would anyone ring me now from them? is it from virgin games or a debt company that belongs to virgin coz i dont have any debts with anyone except my bank lol

Received phone call from this number asking me to confirm my details, I ask what's it about they told me under data protection we can only disclose what it's about once you confirm your details, but you called me???
Any ways it appears that the village gym membership are the reason why, I went 10-15 times in a year never used it for the last four months of the year so they weren't happy that they ha only revived £840 for a year and that cancelling the direct debit isn't cancelling the contract, went round and spoke to the head of sales at the gym informed him that I'm now recieving nuisance calls from dca, told them surely it would have been easier to contact me first rather than by passing me and straight to the bully boys, any ways with a very intimidating conversation through my awesome acting skills debt wiped and a sincere apology, should think so too pricks

called me WORK!! how they got this i do not know??after looking at some of the messages they have clearly got the wrong person.  never had a membership for anything EVER. And any monies owed already on a  plan to payoff.  if this sound slike you do not answer them

This company keeps calling me on my mobile using different number each time, they call me on my home landline and work landline. Arrogant and aggressive young people trained to intimidate.

Calling every day for over a week goes to answer phone

I received a call on a number of occasions the past couple of weeks from 01932251000 asking for a woman.
Multiple times they have been told they have the wrong phone number and the person is unknown to this household.

Next they wanted my name which I refused to provide and told them point blank to cease bothering this number.
The number has "been removed" but I checked to find the source by 1471.

Whoever they are they can get lost.

Called and asked for Victoria Streeter. I said that wasn't me. Asked if I had a number she could be contacted on. Said I had no idea who she is. They said that she had given my number as one where she could be contacted. Asked if they could have my name. I said no and put the phone down!

I'm getting very annoyed of this number keep calling me....every damn day.

Exactly what happened to me today.  Bloody scumbags

Just pick up the phone listen and don't say a word if somebody speaks don't say anything. they will put the phone down and call again keep doing this and they get the message that it is a waste of time phoning you.

If everybody did this the phone bill would be very expensive and they might go out of business

ARC called me I checked out their number and they are a bona fide Collection Company so I called them back and the guys I spoke to were helpful and we sorted it out n.b. I had never heard of this co. before

Been registered with the telephone preference service for years - got call blocking - but the damn thing still tells me they've called.  Why can't they pee off?

Ring almost everyday, recorded message asking for a Lynn Kennedy, press 1 if you are Lynn kennedy ‘press 2 if you are not’ ? Eh you either have the right person and number or you don’t, I never pick up they leave the same message everyday, tedious
