Alan running many businesses is fine, however running many scams is generally frowned upon in polite society.

Have read over these comments as have had three missed calls from them. Very wary of this Alan Crichton chap as I cannot understand why he would write on here!  This is for people trying to discover who has called them!     He has no reason to look on this site.

Unless, of course, he is from Bordeaux Fine Wines. Then he has a reason.

Would you say this is one of them, Hunter & Reynolds, its an investment brokerage that he's recently set up  not regulated and does not offer financial advice. Work that one out.

I work for a regulatory Organisation that would be very interested to hear from any worried investors or ex-employees who have or are having problems with Bordeaux Fine Wines Limited.

At this stage I am not able to disclose who I work for as it would jeopardise current enquiries. Please email me on Michael.Palmice@gmail.com (which is an email address opened for this sole purpose and to protect my identity) with any information regarding your involvement with Bordeaux Fine Wines Limited.

Once I have had an opportunity to read your information I will be able to disclose further information about what my interest is with the company.

Michael surely you would need to give full disclosure before you could take statements? A legal requirement if you work for a regulatory board?
Maybe Ken is trying to dig out the moles.

I am certainly not taking statements. Basically, what I want to guage at this stage is what people's problems are with BFW. The constant barrage of telephone calls is not something on its own that my organisation is interested in. It is more rleatied to the trading practices of the company.

I have personally dealt with a fair few of these companies in recent times and the company accounts provide dim reading if you know what you are looking for. However, that alone is not enough for action to be taken. We require customers/investors to make complaints about how they have been treated and provide documentary evidence and a narrative of what their concerns are, especially if they are struggling to get their investment back.

I am not asking for documents to be passed over at this stage (and when I do ask for that it certainly won't be to that email address but to either my official email address or another generic official email address setup for public complaints that is available via our website and google). I am only asking for brief information about what the issue is along with a rough amount of what is potentially outstanding to investors.

My concern for customers/investors is the wine they have purchased, most likely en primeur has not been purchased or has been sold on to newer customers without their knowledge and thus doesn't exist. This is the problem with wine brokers using umbrella accounts. All wine should always be transferred into the customers own account within the bonded warehouse. The other issue is that investors have likely paid a grossly inflated price for their wine that means their investment was never ever going to make a return. This has potential implications for the directors and individuals involved with the company.

I asked for ex-employees to provide information as it is a fact that most names used are pseudonyms and thus obtaining information on potential tax implications as well as identifying transactions through the bank account are difficult to establish without their real identities. It is also useful to have information from inside as to who the main protagonists are as well as what they are instructing staff to do.

The issue is that Bordeaux Fine Wines is a live trading entity and thus any enquiries must remain confidential. I completely understand the concern about passing information to an individual over the internet but this is simply the best way to reach out to many concerned customers/investors.

Again, if there are any customers/investors or ex-employees who wish to provide information on the company please email me on michael.palmice@gmail.com. If you do not wish to give you real identity at this stage that is perfectly acceptable, just send me an email with an outline of your dealings with BFW and what your concerns are and I will then provide further information.

    Thanks

    Michael

Fine, take me to court for the criminal offence of slander then......oh wait you can't because you’re a Con artist and everything people are saying on here is true. Your company has never made anyone a good return and you rip people off to pay for your race horses and rich lifestyle. Ken, can you feel the heat coming down on you? Hope Kim will still come and visit you once your banged up inside. Nice for your kids to know that there daddy was a con man.

Ken Gundlach is a product of the Andrew Dunne machine. Andrew Dunne is the biggest con artist of them all.

Is no further action happening regarding this company? It seems to have all gone quiet when clearly this company should have been shut down years ago!

Well put it this way, if you enjoy setting light to your money then go right ahead and invest with them. On the other hand if you have become rather attached to your cash then probably better to stay well clear

Perry Davis, I need to know as much about the company and the parasite who runs it. Any information you can offer would be most welcome.

I need to know, who is involved, where the company is based and what names and offices they may be trading from. I need addresses, telephone numbers and how the company operates.

The same goes for anyone who has worked there and may be able to help me in my investigation
