I still don't know why people think Alfie is going to prison or is to blame for this? It was Ken and Ken alone. Alfie wasn't the one taking out millions in dividends from the company.  

Ken knew this day was coming so I am sure he prepared. Being realistic Ken is the only one going to prison here if they charge the other brokers this will be to hard to prove. Let Ken burn and let this be a lesson to the rest.

im sure if John Wood or what ever his name is ,is so innocent then he will be a great asset to the police and the courts ,in providing lots off evidence on how the inner working of BFW  ripped of so many innocent people .,come on John you have all your clients phone numbers ,give them a ring explain what happened ,offer a explanation and save your self from prosecution , im sure every one will understand ????    

Please feel free to correct me if im wrong but how i understand it is "openers" contacted the potentional investors and then any leads were passed to "closers". Once the deal was done as "leo" says the closers job was done. But then who contacted the investors at a later date to tell them their portfolio was dping great therefore they need to invest more money. This very person surely would check to make sure first there was wine ( proberly not kens job) first before ringing investors. Unless of course they KNEW there was no wine. The point im making is it seems to me it was not only Ken who knew but many others that there was no wine. Am i wrong??

Spot on a small group of 8-10 closers and managers who new everything and kept from rest of staff . U don't earn the money these guys were making and not realise there a big skim of yr clients a schoolchild can do the maths .

I have read on here about how Ken was taught at the school of "dunne" well that branch it seems has now been extended to the school of "Gundlach" the young closers who worked at BFW have earned a lot of money in their short lives and will no doubt go on to other companies who do the same. They have tasted the expensive way of life. I only hope the reason they have not all been arrested yet is the authorities are building their case and in time will stop these people. The old and the vunrable need protecting from these scoundrels. Please stop them NOW!!!!!
