Gundlachs not going to prison he hasn't broken criminal law . We can all grumble on this thread but ken and his family and hanger- ons will continue to enjoy his millions the worst that will happen is a director ban and a few hundred grand fine .

you clearly know nothing of criminal law. i refer you to the finbow wines case, they actually purchased more wine than ken did with less of a turnover and snelling got 7.5 years. ken will go to court, then to prison and then the proceeds of crime act will kick in and his life will be back to how it was before he met andy dunne. Kim will probably have to go on the game to make ends meet, not that anyone would pay for it after that slimy lisping ferret has been up there

The finbow case was a one off , there are hundreds of company's operating today with a similar business model as bfw . Ken planned every move he made in his company including under buying of wine he would not of risked the millions he had already made by making a fraudulent mistake . All that's happening now was expected and he is not worried .

you're clearly one of Ken's friends or even Ken himself. Ken has no business acumen. EFW is proof that if done properly a wine investment company can flourish. Ken is too greedy to cut margins and do things properly. The second he set bfw up it was a boiler room and continued to be so, no lawyer in the land will get him off from a shortfall of 12m worth of wine. What reason did he have that it wasn't bought? You can't blame mismanagement when he had sole access to the bfw bank account and bled it dry. If Ken is not worried, why's he selling up and trying to run away then?

And Finbow is not an isolated incident, the British public have been defrauded to the tune of billions over the last decade and the government are cracking down and making an example of the scum that orchestrate it

Just a thought , but shouldnt kens account have brought this firm to some ones attention.  After all who ever was doing his book keeping must have notcied all the money coming into the company and not much going out in wine purchased = Hmm something not quite right here ?

Plus all the amounts being paid to brokers, secatarys, cars, privatejets and all other fringe benefits paid for out of investers hard earned dosh.

any way as I said just a thought.

perhaps kens just mislaid the wine in one of the storage pods ?

even the wine which he did buy must have notcied a 330% mark up...surley

Ben Allan is defiantly NOT John Wood ,you would have only had to talk to them both to know they are two different people , Ben Allan presented him self as John Woods boss in conversations .

Too much people speculating to speculate.

Main people the police should have dealings with are all listed above.

Funny that the closers must be sitting happily with all their money waiting on doom day.

The law will catch up on all involved and the case is being reviewed by many in the city.

I'm looking forward to the outcome, poor little Kenny, should have kept his girls a little closer. Poor wifey doesn't have a clue.

Main culprits Alpha, Matt Collier, Kofi and the midget himself. This is only a small section of management.

    Sell up boys.

    Many thanks,
    Pie face.

All top closers and internal staff new what was going on . The company accounts got frozen by investigators and ken is that arrogant that he doubled the whole company's sales commission which meant mathematically impossible for investors to profit the 2 top guys Deji uthman ( John wood ) and Alex whipps earned in access off 200k in a month . Check there individual ltd company accounts if u think that's exaggerated !!

What does it matter what the closers earnt. If you were a salesman and your boss offered you more commission to do what you already done would you say no? The fact is the company was run poorly on the wine purchase side not the selling side. Who's problem is that? People sold products that should have been purchased by owner/designated wine buyer not really responsibility of the salesmen. Closers duties ended at selling. I think your all bitter ex employees who earnt nothing that's why you can't identify yourselves. Pot kettle springs to mind. Your all pathetic.

There is a post on page 1 of this thread, supposedly from a BFW broker, warning about this scam.

That was posted over 2 years ago, and suggests that everyone knew exactly what was going on.

As for the recent posts regarding charitable donations, that is beyond laughable.
