It's a scam, and trying to defend it is just so stupid. It is a waste of peoples time and money. It's insulting that you think people are willing to reconsider going to one of their so called interviews after everything that has been written previously.

Stop trying to scam people, because lets be honest...it is ever so slightly annoying!

Hey guys i got an email at 6:30pm today (already seemed dodgy) the email looked like they had just copied and pasted my name in.

Email asked me to call 'Charlene' on 02476220500 for IMMEDIATE interview. Having been to three interviews i know NO employer acts desperate like aspire did. The email had a website link to www.aspiremktg.com. Which is the crappiest website i have ever seen giving the most general statements about what they do. Needless to say im not going to call her.

Anyway guys all these places are crap, think about how you feel when someone knocks on your door trying to sell you something. Well exactly!!!

Unfortunatly i went to an interview with another company called Arcedia Direct ltd. (AVOID LTD COMPANIES UNLESS YOU REALLY KNOW WHO THEY ARE) I went to this interview to be greeted by some chavvy guy in a cheap suit. I was more qualifed than him! He asked me what my degree classfication meant as he was unaware of the classifications. I mean WHAT ON EARTH!!

To make matters worse it was a joint interview, the other applicant told me they didnt even look at his cv. He simply called a number out of the newspaper and they said to come in. I asked about basic and bonus, the cheap suit guy acted like i had asked the worst thing in the world. He carried on telling me how i can make 50G in a year. Ive worked in sales and his sales pitch screamed 'bullshi*.' The guy next to me was really pulled in by his garbage, i felt sorry for him. But i didnt work my ass off getting a degree to scam people by doing door to flipping door. Once the cheap suit guy said 'commission only.' I'd never been so insulted in my whole life.

If you value yourself you wouldnt do this job, if your a graduate like me word of advice. Wait for a something decent. You dont work hard studying for no reason.

I advise everyone who feels the same as me to email the companies back asking for their details to be DELETED of their systems to avoid future annoyance!

Well all i can say it that I have just finished a training course with DeVere and Partners, have a long time friend who works with them also for a long time, and I do believe that they are a credible and professional company, that have their own ethics and beliefs about the financial services industry. Yes their consultants make a lot of money, and their managers even more, however any Sales Consultant or Sales Manager anywhere in the world, selling any product in the world, does so because they want to earn money. The more clients the more money, isnt this how sales works?

I recently had a preliminary interview with 'Oval Innovations'. Its all true about the techno music and the cheap suits! Decided that it all seemed a little bit too dodgy for me to go to the second day meeting clients with a senior manager - and after reading this I'm sooo glad I didn't! can't believe how big this whole thing is and how many different names of organisations there are interviewing so many people!

Don't let them get you on this....

Had an interview with "Oval Innovations" today but I didn't realise until I googled this page what they actually were. Surprise, surprise they want me to go to the next stage and guess what? I won't be. How outrageous is this entire scenario?

Avoid like the plague!

I worked for this company for 2 whole months...wasted £180 on travel!!!!!! as u have to travel to stupiddd places everyday and pay for the whole lot yourself!!! Then was told that i had broken the rules (a week after i told them i might be leaving!! how conviniant) and that i might get sacked.. i was also due to get paid!!! HAHAHAHA ....did i get paid NOOOOOOOOOOOO....didnt get paid anything but a stupid amount of £100!!! which the manager told me was a gesture of good will! can u believe that!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY I H8888888888888 ALL OF THE MANAGERS....they are all CONS!!!! beware!!!

oh, I also got a call from EA Worldwide...not going there ether...

Got a call from them today... Twice! They sent me a confirmation email within minutes of the first phone call. Later in the day another person phoned with the same exact pitch (about how I met their criteria, etc, etc) and had no idea I had been contacted earlier in the day. Like most people, need a job badly and was a bit excited. Googled the company to get some background info to talk about in the interview (which is tomorrow at 1700, which they said was not possible to re-schedule for another day)... After reading these comments, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! This whole thing has shady written all over it!

Worked here for two months got sucked in by this scam... DO NOT TRUST... You are forced to work 10 - 12 hour days with no basic salary...

To add another point which i dont think has been brought and that is you are not even employed by the company you sign paperwork saying you are an independant sales advisior...

Everyone is fake... when you start you think everyone is so nice... after you progress (progression meaning training the new employees {moving from stage one: distributor, to stage two: Accounts Manager/Team leader} which you complete in a very short space of time and after a few weeks you are the same level as the people who interviewed you!) you get told by the managers you techniques to KEEP employees (must be a scam if the job alone does not keep them, we even had meetings on whats the best ways to keep them....) and then you see your 'collegues were only nice in order to keep you on in the company.

In relation to pay, it is backdated for three weeks... so you have to work there for around 20+ days before you get paid... Luckily i had money saved, but im sure many people were not as lucky.

I will be contacting Watchdog aswell as i want an end to this company. Even a case on it will definately warn a lot of people off.

lol that is her (in her defences she is a nice lady).  I use to work at aspire too but decided to leave because of what the managers said about colleagues leaving!!! They told us that this and that person was fired because they was not good enough or had a bad attitude ect.... when the truth was that the people who left knew a lot more to the business then the managers would like to share and Im sure the managers said [***] about me too after I had left......but hey, i’m not losing my attitude over it  (LOL).
