- Lisa smith| 1 replyconstantly being called by this number have asked to be removed from their list. The callers are extremely rude And will not tell me what company they are from. Feel really stressed out with them,,,
- I hate boiler room scams replies to Lisa smithLisa, it is not a single company that you can opt out from, as such. It is a gang of crooks responsible for bazillions of fake investment scams. They start several new fake companies and websites per month.

As they call, store each number they use in a call blocking phone or add-on device like a cpr call blocker as you would do with PPI claim, solar panel, insulation vendors and Indian computer-virus-hoax callers. Never buy from or give out any personal info to any cold caller or someone you don't know. - Parsons replies to AnonRare Diamond Commodities are stil up and running. Still trading out of Beckenham Junction!!! Website is down though, but they're still in business.
Still telling lies to old people, still claiming to have been 10 years experience when it's less than 4, Still claiming 'offices in Antwerp', still telling their staff to decieve people by being a 'snake in the grass'. I remember Daniel Lester telling us to '[***] off' people who don't invest.
Andrew Cloonan also called non-investors '[***]' and 'not to let them off the hook'.
Daniel Lester in particular is a nasty piece of work. He's a bully. He teaches people to sell on 'fear'. He is probably the nastiest piece of work i've ever met. - I hate boiler room scams| 1 replyGet their car registration numbers, photos. Call the fuzz

I still think to this day they never realised all the questions they were answering was the precursors to them being closed down. Even there diamond cutting facilities in Antwerp had to go ! Oh hold the phone, that did not excist. But there hughe mark up did. Not even the glowing testimonials from clients did not help ! Oh but they turned out to be fake ! All these lies Helps put down as advertising puff, that went down really well at the insolvency hearing.

then came Jubilee Gemstones ha ha and now be fancy gone into liquadation but looks to be still trading.

- Fran replies to Parsons| 2 repliesAnd did R. D .C also run Elitte Gems ?
And didnt N. Jacobs and M. Helps of Jubilee diamonds work for them ?
And didnt the two of them get the sack for being useless ?
And didnt N. Jacobs work for an investement bank before ?
And didnt he get the sack from there also ?
And didnt Jubilee diamonds get shut down, not in the public intrest !
And after it was shut down didnt they start Jubilee Gemstones to pay the rent ?
And wasent that the fatest failure of any company ?
And didnt Jacobs try it on with all the female staff ?
And wasent Jacobs a failure in that as well ?
And isent Jacobs still trying it on with the female staff at Be Fancy Ltd ?
And isent he still failing with the girls and be fancy ?
And has his Craig Cooper look a like girl friend found out yet ?
And is Jacobs the most self delusional creature ever about his selling skills !
and if his girl friend, Amy wasent it her name ? Ever read these posts ? - Adam replies to Fran| 1 replyFran,
Can you help advise what happened to Nick Jacobs with regards closing down Jubilee Diamonds? Did he or anyone else for that matter face any legal action lose any of their assets?
I'm enquiring as a family member lost a lot of money via Jubilee and wondering how it is he can go ahead and set up Jubilee Gemstones and Be Fancy if his original company was closed down for not being in publics interest?
Same goes for RDC and all the others, seems like they just get away with it
Any information you can provide would be helpful - Fran replies to AdamAdam,
After Jubilee Diamonds was shut down it looks like nothing happened to them. No directors ban and as far as I know no assets were taken, but I could be wrong.
Jubilee Gemstones looks to be started as a result of this. As they probably still had to pay the rent at level 18 40 bank St Canary Wharf. Jubilee Gemstones didnt last long so they most likley skipped the offices or simply paid them off, just not too sure on this.
Between Jubilee Diamonds being told they were being closed and the insolvency hearing there was a few months.
Be- Fancy ltd had the directors Jack Shepherd, Delon Edwards and a Mark Jacobs, Mark might have been family member of N. Jacobs ? Shepherd latter resigned from Be-Fancy. Rumor has it he started his own company , but I dont really know.
If you family member brought from J.D and R. D. C and they paid a deposit on a credit card then under clause 75 of your credit card agreement you are covered for fraud.. now this is just not for the small deposit paid but, and heres the good bit.... but for the full amount. So if the so called investement was for example the diamond was 5k and you paid say £100.00 deposit on the card you can claim back the full amount. And if you done 4, 5, or even 6 trades you cam claim it all back. And the best part is the credit card company will go after Jacobs and Helps for the money back. You have up tp 6 years to claim.
This is the same for any scamming company be it what ever. Try it it works.
As for R.D.C somebody put up there address on this site so just browse through the many pages and you will find the info there.
the address for Be Fancy ltd was
Angels house
225 Marsh Wall
Canary Wharf
where you will find a host of scamming companys.
Be fancy ltd was put into voultanary liquadation but I think there still trading there. There number is 0207 038 8299 try calling them and see what happens. Or try this mobile 07507 964453. There is a blog on the mobile number on this site for both numbers. Go to the home page of this site and type in both numbers for more info on them.
Please do claim you familys members money back under clause 75 and let us know what happens. - Concerned Friend| 1 replyI have a close friend who invested into two separate brokers. One of them (The rare diamond commodities & bannerman & balfourd) The investment sum was £15,000. Has she lost her money? can she get it back?
She has requested the diamond to be sold asap but has been refused?? The broker is asking for a further £5,000 to sell the diamond in two-years-time at an auction in West Brussels for an amount in excess of £120,0000. Without paying another £5,000 they will apparently hold on to the diamond until she is mature enough to make an investment?? she is 73 years-of-age but she will not listen to me who do i phone for assistance?- Caller: rare diamonds commodities and bannerman & balfourd
- concerned friend replies to Parsonsliquidity? a vulnerable friend has invested with the company rare diamond commodities so what else do you know? she has been in contact with the business so they can't be liquidated since they have asked for further investments??
- Jeeves replies to Concerned FriendFirstly try Action Fraud and then the Financial Conduct Authority. Your friend really has been conned as these "coloured diamonds" are just another boiler room scam like land banking and carbon credits etc. It is very sad that your friend will not listen to you but she is an adult and all you can do is show her the evidence from websites like this and Action Fraud. Try and persuade her not to give them any more money as she would just be throwing good money after bad.
