Why what happened that makes you want to track them down ?
I was going to invest with them but this is making me nervous

Having read the 15 pages of posts for this number, are you seriously considering investing?  Coloured diamonds is just one more boiler room scam, like land banking, carbon credits, fine wines etc. The companies involved in all these scams operaste for a few months, until they have stolen as much money as they can from naive and vulnerable people.  They then close down and open up under another name to carry on the same scam. They rely on people who think they are going to get bigger profits from their invetments than by investing in normal, safe, companies.  However, you might just as well throw your money down the toilet.  Have another look at the posts on here and then see if y ou still want to invest.

He's also been driving a yellow Lamborghini on personilised plates. He's a liar, and likes to flash the cash likes he's God. Stay away from him, he's as dishonest as they come!

"A yellow Lamborghini on personilised plates" - sounds like a pure indication of the death of the soul. People only get to this stage when they have no imagination and too much money and little charisma - does not surprise me in the least!

Hi guys, I've just googled Paragon Fine Diamonds after getting a cold call last night and today I've received their brochure.

Having read some of this forum it looks like a scam - would I be right to avoid this?

Publish the brochure online or send it to Jim Budd to put it on his blog entry for Paragon.

well they gat arrested by the police for conspiracy to defraud the public and are in Snaresbrook Crown Court.

Nothing in the news. Looks like Mark Helps and Nick Jacobs were running a genuine company all along

No it doesn't.  It just means that they have not yet appeared in Crown Court.  There is usually a delay between being arrested and charged, appearing at Magistrates Court (probably not reported) and appearing at Crown Court.

They both appeared in Crown Court over the last couple of weeks. If anyone will get away with anything it will be them 2

Of course people want to know!

There was apperantley insufficient  everdence to convict these 2 loosers @ court... But the pair of them looked petrified  of being sent down. Jacobs & Helps could have got  long sentance.

Any one know what there doing now ? 😅✌👏 cant see the pair going back into anythink like this again

i heard that Jacobs is working for his dad on a building site and helps is doing nothing because he is 2 stupid!!!!!!!!  loooooooooosers!!!!!!!
