Hi guys, I've just googled Paragon Fine Diamonds after getting a cold call last night and today I've received their brochure.

Having read some of this forum it looks like a scam - would I be right to avoid this?

No it doesn't.  It just means that they have not yet appeared in Crown Court.  There is usually a delay between being arrested and charged, appearing at Magistrates Court (probably not reported) and appearing at Crown Court.

They both appeared in Crown Court over the last couple of weeks. If anyone will get away with anything it will be them 2

There was apperantley insufficient  everdence to convict these 2 loosers @ court... But the pair of them looked petrified  of being sent down. Jacobs & Helps could have got  long sentance.
