Meet the UK Directors: Francisco Lopez:  Managing Director

Francisco brings over 13 years market research experience within both Custom and Continuous research, gained across a wide range of projects and clients.  More specifically to the automotive industry, during the last years, Francisco held senior management positions within a global Automotive market intelligence supplier, with special emphasis in business and product development.

Francisco holds a BA Honours degree in Economy, specialised in Business Administration and Marketing.

Graham Dixon: Director, NCBS, Car Park Study, MotorBus

Graham is a divisional director and would lead the program, responsible for implementing all stages in the process. He has 21 years client-side experience at Ford in a  variety of sales and marketing functions. At GfK he has 17 years of implementing studies researching buyer attitudes in both UK and international markets.

Anarkali Check: Director, Customer Management

Anarkali has worked in market research for 17 years starting her career at Research International.  She joined GfK NOP 11 years ago, and initially was responsible for running a number of large scale, global studies, including brand and image tracking and quality audit studies.

She became the Director on a multi country Customer Satisfaction study for a global premium brand manufacturer in 2005, overseeing the expansion of this programme and is also currently the lead on a volume brand CSI survey as well as working on Customer Satisfaction business development.

If you call them at home every time you get an unwanted call from their Company they will be deeply concerned for its reputation and anxious to ensure that the problem is resolved.    They do not like being told off by their Group Head Office either.    That was my experience, anyway.

Phoned today, used my full name, no one usually does, 'research' hung up.

I got a call from this number, she told me she was not selling anything but I told her I was ex directory and registered with TPS and did not wish to be disturbed but she said that as she was not selling anything she was not under TPS regulations and she hung up on me, quite rude.

Number called this evening, didn't answer and glad by the sounds of it, annoying that our number is ex directory and yet still recieving these calls

amazed at how long this has been going! I got a call from this number on monday on an old mobile I found and charged up just to check some old messages and happened to leave switched on for the night very odd. I live in Ireland and my only connection to the UK is studying with the OU. Dissapointed now, thought it might be a long lost friend... Ah well :-)

This number called yesterday early evening, they didn't leave a message when my answer machine kicked in and as I didn't recognise the number I didn't answer it.  Rang my mum thinking it might be someone she knows as she lives in London area but she didn't recognise either, am registerd with TPS and our number is ex directory.  Luckily have a phone where can store blocked numbers on so will be adding it to my list, next time they ring the phone will automatically hang up on them after 1 ring!

This is the second call from these people despite asking them to take our number off their list.

I've been receiving calls from this number for about 2 months now.  They always call at around 8.30pm, just after I put my son to bed or giving him a bath!  EXTREAMLY ANNOYING!! Since i normally busy and can't get to the phone around that time anyway, and I know it won't be an important call from anyone I know, I've been ignoring it.  When I check the number through 1471 afterwards, it is always this number and there is no message left.  It happened again tonight and wondered who on earth doing this.  So I googled the number and....have just found you people!!  Had no idea it was such a famous number!  Dating back to.....2007!?  Unbelievable!  Thanks everyone, I certainly won't be answering calls coming in at 8.30pm from now!

Caller asked if I would mind answering some questions about the service I'd received from my bank. I said yes I did mind and told her I was registered with the TPS and am also ex-directory. The response was that as they were conducting a survey and not selling anything the TPS registration did not apply. We terminated the call at this point - another timewaster!

Keeps calling but I don't answer - seems to be Market Research as discussed earlier.

Just had a call from them regarding a complaint I had with LloydsTSB.

Surely this is a blatent flouting of The Data Protection Act

sick to death of getting phone calls at meal times and family time. No matter how many times I've told them I'm not interested and don't want any more calls they still keep coming.

Just got a call from this number asking to speak to me. I said 'Speaking', and the person on the other end again asked to speak to me by name again.

My number is registered with TPS and has been for the few years now. Why do they still ring, and they obviously don't believe you when you say its YOU speaking (if you understand what I mean!), so why ask for you and then not believe its you.

IF they ever read these comments, we do not want your calls at all times of the day and night.

Just had this number ring my house phone at 9 o clock on a Sunday morning. My mum answered and they asked to speak to me but she told them I was out. If they ring back later I shall tell them where to go!!

I have been crying and just found this site.

They called me, but it was no random question.They wanted to know about my experience in the bank on Monday this week, and gave the name of a branch I went to on Monday, not my usual branch and one I have only ever used two times.

I knew it was not the bank calling and I panicked and threw the phone down.I have been stalked and had to have counselling,For two years I was too afraid to leave the house and it is only in the past couple of months I have been able to do normal things alone like go to the bank.

 I had thought I was recovering but this has shaken me very badly.

The number 0207 890 9051 randomly calls throughout the week but fortunately, having looked at your website, this seems to be a nuisance caller.  Does anyone know in fact who it is that calls?

They keep ringing our home number we have caller ID so we don't pick up, they must have rung 10 times in the last 2 days
