was called at 2.15pm. A foreign sounding lady asked for me by name & explained she wanted to doo a survey  on behalf of my bank, the name of  which she knew. All sounds dodgy, so I said thanks but no thanks & hung up. I am TPS registered, but I believe market research is not covered by this service. I will call my bank to find out what is going on, but NOT impressed....

This number called me on my mobile saying they were calling on behalf of Santander to do a customer survey as they knew I had a business account!  I was suspicious as Santander would not do this and when I said I would prefer to respond to an office Santander e-mail request, the girl got flustered and just said they don't do this. Scam!

Call from GFK supposedly wanting to do a survey for my bank, which she knew the name of. Pleasant and articulate lady, started by telling me calls would be recorded for training and quality purposes, moved on to asking if I had an account with that bank!? I said I wasn't comfortable answering those questions over the phone and said goodbye. Sounded suspect to me.

Been getting this number calling me but not picking up as I don't recognise number , saying it from London but no 100% sure it is

Call from a lady who said that she was doing some market research on behalf of M&S Bank.  I actually had an account with them but closed it a few weeks ago.  She sounded very pleasant but I just told her that I wasn't interested in surveys.  Another one for the call blocker

5 calls in the space of 1min!! answered 4 no one talks. rejected the 5th and they left a silent voicemail. i can hear background noise but no one is talking!! nuisance

Number phoned my wife answered and man with thick accent asked for me by name my wife asked what they wanted and said I was away did 1471 to get number she couldn't understand most of what he said

Second call in two days this time they presumably did not realise answerphone had responded it was on some random bloke rabbiting on to someone else that he was going to miss them lots of background noise.  Totally unprofessional. Phone number now blocked.

They don't ask you for personal details, just about your experiences with the bank you use and the products you use

They don't pretend to be a bank, they are working on behalf of banks to find out about banking experiences. It's pretty easy to not give out your bank details to someone. Seriously...think

They use a random digit dialling system

Male caller with asian accent asked to speak to my wife regarding a confidential matter. I asked him to identify himself and he refused. Suspicious telephone call from a suspicious Asian accented male. If tit was legitimate the caller would have identified himself and/or company he suspiciously represents. Suspected criminal activity.

This is an international call routed through a London based exchange. The numbers are rented out  SCAM artists anywhere in the world so as to fool people into thinking they are a U.K. based company. If you give them any information you'll be added to their suckers list and you will be inundated with even more nuisance calls. They are the scrum of the earth in my opinion.

Rang this afternoon but left no message. Will be wary if they call again. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from these marketing calls and any bank I use is not permitted to call me unless on bank business with any marketing being by post only. Very frustrating and sure I will be in for a few calls now.

Just had a call from this number saying that it was Nat West Bank wanting to run through some stuff on my account

Pesistant callsbut I did not answer as I did not recognised this no. It was very pesistant as it calls at all hours and up to 4 times a day. It got to that point where I will not answer my phone at all.

Rang but no message left.

Another call from this number but no message left. Identified as SPAM on Truecaller.

had call from this number saying asking for me but had my surname slightly wrong. he said he was from M&S bank conducting a survey of 'valued customers'. when i said i was not interested and happy with the bank he put the phone down. i called M&S security dept who said they had no surveys going on but were also totally uninterested.

Call received from this number 20:02 hrs today - no message left
