just had a gentleman with a foreign accent phone me asking questions in relation to market research. when asked who he was he said he was from KNOP working on behalf of a high street bank. I asked him if he could clarify who he worked for. When he said he worked for my bank i then informed him if you where working on behalf of my bank you would therefore know who to ask for . When i questioned him he put the phone down.

Just received a call from this company stating they were calling on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs regarding a complaint I made. Told them I was about to sit down to Sunday lunch and they said they'd call back later, so far they haven't. If the Government want feedback maybe they should talk to the people they represent via a means less random and less inconvenient. No wonder they get complaints.

I got a call from this number at Late on Saturday. There knew my full name ( which I never used) and were I used to go to college there wanted me to survey me and when I told them I had to go before answering any of the Questions he sounded upset and wanted to keep me on the phone so I just hung up.

This number called around 7pm two nights this week. I answered tonight (Sat.), woman claimed she was from the Department of Education and asked for my daughter by name. Told her she wasn't here, and wasn't it an odd time for the DoE to be calling? She said "we work from 10 til 6" - at 6.50pm!! When I asked which section of the DofE she said she could only talk to my daughter, and rang off pretty smartly.

I just got a call from this number. She gave her name as Nicola Bowden but asked for my wife, who wasnt in at the time. When I asked what she was calling about, she said she couldnt tell me due to confidentiality.

She persistantly asked when a good time to call my wife would be, to which I replied "well for a start how about not on a sunday" she said "ok can i just ask when it would be a good time to call"

I eventually just said "No not really, thanks for your call" and put the phone down.

If you're calling on a Sunday, its probably not going to be anything thats actually important OR private/confidential

This number calls the charity shop I work in around 20 times a day always asking for a different name! I have asked them politely to ensure they dont call again but keep getting them! very very annoying!

My call from this number was indeed a customer satisfaction call after work carried out by AutoGlass. Not sure what the questions were as I didn't have time to talk. They haven't called back yet.

Same guy called me with strong Indian accent anyway could not understand him so he hung up the phone.

Received a number of calls from this GFKNOP, they knew my name and personal details. Interested, I proceeded then cut the call short when they began asking for some very detailed information about my personal situation including names and dates. Very amature interviewer aswell, I could hardly understand what she was saying and asking as she spoke quickly with more than a hint of a Chavy accent. For so called marketing professionals they may want to pay more attention to peoples first impressions!

So fed up, cold callers all week and now even on a Sunday, these people need to get a life and stop wasting normal peoples time!
