Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer had a very shiny nose.

And if you ever saw him, you would even say it grows...

Because just like Pinocchio he tells lies…

and probably works for Sanda who don't like it when their SCAMS are brought to public attention.

People beware of Sandawellness or Sandawellbeing they hard sell to the elderly and vulnerable, misrepresent themselves, use very trick in the book to extort your money for near worthless products.

Oh come on Sanda you can do better than that.  A very feeble attempt to hoodwink this thread into believing Sandawellnes are benevolent. The standard of written English in your internet department is very poor.

Do not believe Mr Johnny Quid. Sanda will scam money from you. Read the ALL the posts and keep in mind that Sanda workers post here too...

Get out of  your imaginary world of all these characters Mr. so called santa claus. Without using the products you will not know its worth and with your immature level of thinking you will never be able to know it better.

    Santa Claus replies to Rudolf
Whoa Mr. so called Rudolf. Pots and Kettles deary.

I have personal experience of the deceitful methods Sandawellnes use to scam money from the elderly. And I will do what I can to alert others to the dangers of dealing with them. As well as exposing the interjections of Sanda employees, like yourself(?), on sites like this.

Products are one thing, the missrepresentation and fraudulence of sanda's telesales are another.

'worth' or v'alue'? ...  'know it better" or 'know better" ? Oh the level of English taught in Indian schools these days is SHOCKING.

    Angry Daughter
My 85 year old Father had a call last week.  A 'Gentleman' called Roy tried to get his Bank Details, said the Rosex Pills would have him up on his feet in a few weeks.  Luckily I keep Dad's card, this fraudster claimed to be from the World Health Organisation.

I've just received 10 packs of "Pomy" from SandaWellness having expected only one, charge £150.
I have phoned to complain and asked how I can take the tablets since I am unable to swallow without chewing. They are too hard to chew. I was advised to disolve them in warm water. I cn't be bothered to do any more than try them out (5 months worth). Probably adviseable to get my debit card replaced.in case they manage to take more for future unwanted supplies. I have spent years and thousands of dollars trying to find the best product that would help me reduce my joint pain. I was looking for a natural health supplement and through my research I found this company called sandawellbeing which has 100% natural products with no side effects. It is nice to have a company that delivers what they say. My pain has subsided and I feel free and flexible.

Leslie? If you are so happy with their products WHY would you search the internet to find out who called you? It only make sense if you benefit from/work for the company and are trying to conceal the revealing and damaging comments left hear.

Sandawellbeing have tricked customers many elderly into unintentionally buying large amounts of largely worthless products. That is a scandal and a SCAM.

Please: Always consult your Doctor before buying supplements or medicines.
Do not give your credit card or bank details over the phone.

I am eighty years old and for about a year now I have suffered from aching muscles and stiff joints. Putting it down to old age I wouldn't go to a doctor and was becoming a grouchy old couch potato. Then my son-in-law talked me into trying rosex. Before I knew it I was bending down and pulling on my pants and stooping whenever I needed to without grunting. The burning in my feet and hands has gone too and it's so great to not hurt all the time.

I am 76 and my husband is 82 years old. And we are in pretty good shape considering. Now I don't know whether it was this telephone number or not. But we received a  package from this company, which I was not expecting. I checked our bank statements and found we had been charged nearly 400 pounds for supplements from Sandawellbeing. So I then went onto the internet to see who they were and I found this site.

My husband who is 82 years old and originally from Greece, remembers receiving a call from a lady from the Health Centre.  He thinks they said we could trial something which would help our joints and foolishly he gave them our payment details when asked. I am sending them back and I am hoping for a refund, but I want to warn others. We cannot afford this money, its nearly two months groceries.

I will come back if we get our money returned, but comments here make me worried. So Please Be careful.

    Dear Terry

Firstly I must apologise for the problems you have experienced with Sanda Wellness and I hope that we can work towards a successful resolution of your current situation.

Due to the issues being raised by our valuable customers on websites such as these we have taken a series of steps to ensure that we operate in a professional manner.

    1.    We no longer allow our sales staff to handle the customer service.
    2.    We have implemented a UK based team to aid any customers who experience anything but the highest levels of service from us.

Our Chairman is insistent that our brand is managed and represented correctly and to that end has instructed his immediate PA to manage all complaints directly. In effect this means that unhappy customers like you now have a direct route to the top of our company and any problems can be rectified with the minimum of fuss.

To proceed, I invite you to contact Bali Bailey on complaints@sandawellbeing.com (Direct, UK managed, email address) with details of your problem and she will rectify it for you as a matter of urgency.

I would also like to welcome the circulation of this email address to anyone who needs it, as Sanda is far from a ‘Scam’ company but is a dynamic, forward thinking outfit.

I appreciate that this approach is unorthodox and may receive some sceptical comments but I hope that, in time, our actions will prove the doubters wrong.

    Yours Sincerely

I am seventy nine years old and last March I had a bad fall resulting in a badly broken shoulder, deep gash in the other arm and multiple bruises. I was several weeks lying in a hospital bed in my den. Plus, months of painful therapy. I became so weak that, for months, I could not walk unaided. After I finally got where I could get around and started to live a normal life, If I stooped down or bent over I had to roll around on the floor until I could grab on to furniture to pull myself up. Many times my daughter has had to pull me to my feet. When my son introducted me to sandawellbeing supplements and I started taking them, that was the turning point in my life. In less than two months I was getting up and down off the couch without using my hands. I can even bend down and reach my pots and pans and come back up like a teenager. When I discovered just what I could do and demonstrated my flexibility and strength to my kids you would think I had won the lottery and they were so happy. The stiffness in my shoulder hardly bothers me anymore and after months of suffering I could stop my therapy and started going back to church and having a social life again.

I was persuaded to buy some of these supplements by a very persistent sales person. How they got my number I don't know. I'm registered with Telephone Preference Service, have been for years. I thought is was a legal requirement for companies using telesales to stick to it. Anyway I stupidly took some of these tablets and they made me violently sick.

My GP said I should have talked to her first, that mixing these with my normal medication was probably the cause. She said don't be fooled buy sales talk about them being Natural and reminded me that nature produces very effective toxins too.

I have suffered for several years from severe joint pain and stiffness. I was down physically as well as mentally. I didn't know what it was like to draw a pain free breath when I discovered Sandawellbeing. In just two months, my pain is not as severe or often, the swelling in my body went down, the stiffness in my joints went away, I have a normal grasp and my knees are so flexible that I can stoop down for the first time in six years. I can get down on the floor and play with my grandchildren now. The awful burning in my hands and feet has subsided,I have been told that my eyes shine and I have that old optimistic laughing glow back on my face.

Does anyone know if the message from Bali Bailey is genuine? Has any one tried contacting her?

I ask because I have discovered that my mother had been talked into buying from Sandawellbeing. She thought she was talking to the Health Centre, that is how they introduced themselves and they seemed to know about her medical condition so she assumed they were from her Doctor's practice and when asked for payment details unfortunately she gave them. When I checked they had charged £299.

I googled them and found this site/thread, which makes for depressing reading. I agree with others that the positive comments seem suspicious. So has anyone responded to the more official looking Bali Bailey post or is that a misdirection too?

    Hi PRN.

I assure you that the mail address is legitimate.  Sanda is a legitimate company and we are monitoring sites such as this one which allows our customers an open forum to rate our service and products.

However, there appears to be a certain amount of distrust due to some isolated incidents and as such we wanted to offer an easy way for our customers to contact a UK based support team who have the authority to correct any problems that customers may have after following the usual customer service routes.  If you are dissatisfied then please use the email address provided in my previous posts ( complaints@sandawellbeing.com)

I must admit that I am unsure exactly how to add more credibility, but in answer to your questions, Yes the email is genuine and no, not a single person has contacted us since publishing the email address.

I believe that there are customers on here who may well be dissatisfied, but due to the fact that we have not had anyone escalate to me I am confident that we have satisfied any issues through the normal routes.  It is just a shame that we do not then see the resolution on here.

If this is not the case, I welcome your email to the above address so I can help if you have a problem then please do use the email with full details.

I look forward to hearing from you

    Kind regards

    Bali.

    The safest alternative.
I’ve been living with pain for so long that I could hardly believe that there exists a product like this that could work so well on my joint pain. I have painkillers but I can’t take that them everyday. This is the safest alternative and, more importantly, it works.
