- livvyjoy replies to livvyjoy| 1 replyRe: previous post .. I forgot to say the number she called from was 02086190075
- poza replies to livvyjoyi too have been caught out tonight but rang my bank and they said the payment was pending but could not stop it going through but on the second atempt they agreed to cancel my card luckly i have only been taken £33.43 but will put it down to experience as i never give my bank details over the phone .
- livvyjoy replies to James D| 1 replyHi I believe they are based in Bexley in Kent .. at least thats what they told me over the phone. Today my mum has been in to Holland and Barrett to ask about these rose-hip tablets and they are not for sale there, Surely if they did any good, a reputable company such as them with hundreds of stores on the high street would stock them?
In fact they told my mum that they could have been potentially dangerous to her as she is also a diabetic. I am so angry that these people are targetting, one of the most vunerable groups in our society with their false claims and money making scams. My mum is in pain with her arthritis and would welcome any relief, she is shaken and upset that she was taken in. I have told her that they are very very clever and the way they work to weedle information out of elderly people is scandalous! - customer replies to livvyjoyUpdate
I e-mailed the customer service address as shown on the company's web site. They replied promptly advising they will refund my mother-in-law's payment at the earliest.
So far, despite not being impressed with their sales techniques, I believe the company is as honest as any. I'll let you know how it turns out. - FairynuftI got a phone call from this number stating that 'the government' was sending a months supply of Rosex to every adult in the country to stop the effects of arthritis, and the costly care/replacement joints it caused! BUT G.P.s were not allowed to prescribe 'natural' drugs, only chemical ones which caused stomach problems over time...., so it was being distributed by royal mail, and ONE MONTH'S supply, at £14.99, could delay the onset of Arthritis for up to 7 years! It even lubricates and re-created damaged cartilage!!!! WOW! What a wonder drug....(load of crap!)
- Caller: Steve Rodrigues, Senior Arthritis Specialist
- Sheila WilsonI have had a phone call this morning from Charlotte at the Wellness Centre, Buckingham, ultimately selling Rosex tablets.
She told me she was an arthritis expert. The tablets were £35 and when I said I was a pensioner, she said she could give me a special deal. How did she get my details.? Sheila- Caller: Wellness Centre, Buckingham
- Sanda Wellbeing replies to customer| 2 repliesDear J. Bartram,
You should not have to call if you have received an email confirming the refund. However if this refund is not showing on the account within a few days please come back to me on complaints@sandawellbeing.com and I will chase it up for you.
Kind regards
Bali. - Sanda Wellbeing replies to Elizabeth| 3 repliesDear Elizabeth
Firstly I must apologise for the problems you have experienced with Sanda Wellness and I hope that we can work towards a successful resolution of your current situation.
Due to the issues being raised by our valuable customers on websites such as these we have taken a series of steps to ensure that we operate in a professional manner.
1. We no longer allow our sales staff to handle the customer service.
2. We have implemented a UK based team to aid any customers who experience anything but the highest levels of service from us.
Our Chairman is insistent that our brand is managed and represented correctly and to that end has instructed his immediate PA to manage all complaints directly. In effect this means that unhappy customers like you now have a direct route to the top of our company and any problems can be rectified with the minimum of fuss.
To proceed, I invite you to contact Bali Bailey on complaints@sandawellbeing.com (Direct, UK managed, email address) with details of your problem and she will rectify it for you as a matter of urgency.
I would also like to welcome the circulation of this email address to anyone who needs it, as Sanda is far from a ‘Scam’ company but is a dynamic, forward thinking outfit.
I appreciate that this approach is unorthodox and may receive some sceptical comments but I hope that, in time, our actions will prove the doubters wrong.
Yours Sincerely

Sanda Wellbeing - Janie replies to ginger| 1 replyI have recieved several calls from that number over the last six months, I must admit they are very persistant. She rang me again last night and said i could get the tablets at a very low price of only £14.99 for 30. I said i did not really want the tablets as i had tried pretty much everything. She said i had nothing to loose and i would definetely feel the benefits within 20 days. She again asked me for my credit card details, i said i do not have a credit card, she then said that ok you can do it on a bank card.
I would really like some proof of whether she is geniune or not. I wonder whether the person who siad they were genuine and the tablets really do work, if they actually work for the company and are paid to say that. - janie replies to JanieHi i forgot to mention that she is going to phone me back to night at 6 0 clock for my credit card details. Have you any adivice what i should say to her. I am a bit concerned after reading all of your comments. The troube is these people prey on sick vulnerable.
- Lelly replies to Sanda WellbeingMy best friend got a call today with a lady telling her she didn't need the trip-ple bypass op she is waiting for, just needs to take Pomy..this sort of call is very dangerous. My friend was very upset that some stranger has her personal details and was trying to conn her out of her money. Thankfully she didn't hand over her bank details as I have seen that far from just taking the £14.00 she would have had over £100 taken for six months supply!. They should not be allowed to do this! Lelly
- Carol replies to Sanda Wellbeing| 1 replythought I'd update this thread as my mothe was called by 'Derek' last week and again yesterday - his technique is to badger and bully pensioners into giving bank details - cetainly was very upset that my mother only had cheques to send - and when she said she couldn't afford these so called wonder tablets (pomegranite tablets) he said 'you pensioners have lots of money so you can certainly afford these tablets.'!
I called them to complain today and spoke to 'Spencer' - by the way, if these are their real names I'll eat my hat - he apologised and said he was sure none of his staff would be so rude and bully customers. He said thousands of pensioners buy their products and are very satisfied - oh yeah!! I'd bet that most of them are pressurised into buying these 'products'!
Spencer then said he would take my mother's number from their list and speak to Derek about this incident - after I said I wanted to know what the outcome of that conversation would be he gave me an email address to complain to - which I have - doubtless nothing more will come of this but why can't someone put a stop to these people?
I intend to complain further and will update this note then. - Sanda Wellbeing replies to CarolDear Carol.
I am happy to ensure that your mothers number has been suppressed from our system. If you can email me on complaints@sandawellbeing.com with the full details I will investigate fully and make sure that your email has been actioned.
Kind regards
Bali Bailey
PA to Chairman. - SandraCall from a Susan - said she was carrying out a survey on the nations health. Said she was not selling anything and it would be a great help if I co-operated. Took her over 30 mins to get around to selling Rosehip tablets at a cost of £125.10 for 9 months supply and giving the name of the outfit she was with -

- Mrs TaylorI had a call today, it was a very pressurised sales call trying to get me to buy Rosex. The man's name was Leroy, he had a foreign accent and was very pushy. He got very unpleasant when I refused to give my bank details. Reading the comments from others who had calls I'm glad I didn't. They are targeting pensioners, and had I been less suspicious I would have found it very difficult to withstand the pressure.

- Dave| 1 replyThis company persisted in selling a product to my elderly mother claiming it cost £10 and proceeded to take £150 from her account and failed to deliver anything.
Be warned this nothing but a scam!!- Caller: sandawellbeing.com
- Concerned Son| 3 repliesMy mother, who is 84 and has Alzheimer's was called two days ago by Sandawellbeing and sold £125 worth of rosehip extract [***]. I don't know if this despicable organisation is linked in any way to the (also Asian run) Goldshield company, but they, too, 'cold called' her at the end of last year and sold her a similar product at a similar price. I think it is notable that this company clearly only calls people of a particularly vulnerable age, which is very sad.
