Bali - Susan Jones| 1 replyI have found the best way to make a complaint. After contacting all different advice bureau's and my bank regards my mothers card being fraudelently used and receiving threatening calls from these people, I was eventually told to contact the Information Commissioners Office on 0303 123 1113 or Action Fraud on 0300 123 1113 who both stated that if they receive enough complaints they will action an investigation. So please let us put a stop to these type of scams - my mother is near suicidal.

- kimI received a calls from SANDA WELLBEING trying to sell Rosex tablets and they told me they would give me a discount, the original amount was coming up to £185 for a years supply.. I told them give me a call after a few weeks as i was going out on holiday to Africa...
The next day i met on of my friends who lives nearby and i told her about the same, She told me she got the same for just £72 from VITAMINS DIRECT the place where she usually gets her vitamins from..she said she only speak to 1 person(JOE) and if anybody call her she tells them to stop calling her.. She said she has been dealing with this company for over six years now and never had any trouble in regard to her personal details or her vitamins..
I called this company and asked for (JOE) he told me a complete years supply of the
roziphips cap(Rosex tablets) will come for only £72 and a free gift...and also said you will not receive any calls from our company until you opt for it...he also mention that if i need any supplement call us on the toll free number which is mentioned on our website...
I really liked the service they provided to me as the gentleman was precise and to the point and did not waste a lot of time...- Caller: sanda wellbeing

Firstly I must apologise for the problems you have experienced with Sanda Wellness and I hope that we can work towards a successful resolution of your current situation.
Due to the issues being raised by our valuable customers on websites such as these we have taken a series of steps to ensure that we operate in a professional manner.
1. We no longer allow our sales staff to handle the customer service.
2. We have implemented a UK based team to aid any customers who experience anything but the highest levels of service from us.
Our Chairman is insistent that our brand is managed and represented correctly and to that end has instructed his immediate PA to manage all complaints directly. In effect this means that unhappy customers like you now have a direct route to the top of our company and any problems can be rectified with the minimum of fuss.
To proceed, I invite you to contact Bali Bailey on complaints@sandawellbeing.com (Direct, UK managed, email address) with details of your problem and she will rectify it for you as a matter of urgency.
I would also like to welcome the circulation of this email address to anyone who needs it, as Sanda is far from a ‘Scam’ company but is a dynamic, forward thinking outfit.
I appreciate that this approach is unorthodox and may receive some sceptical comments but I hope that, in time, our actions will prove the doubters wrong.
Yours Sincerely
Bali Bailey

Sanda Wellbeing - RitaI received a call today from Ron at Sanda Wellness. They were doing a survey. I told them from the off I never buy anything from cold callers and he convinced me he wasn't selling anything. I listened to him for 15 mins and he still maintained he wasn't trying to sell anything. When he found out I was taking pain killers, it didn't matter to him where the pain was, he just wanted to convince me that Rosehip would help me. He told me they cost £35 normally but they sell them at £14. That was where I stopped him in his tracks. I knew then he was selling something and he still denied it. He tried to confirm my address and that's when I told him in no uncertain terms, I would not confirm any personal details and I would not be buying anything either. I said goodbye. Hopefully he won't come back again, but if he does I will answer the call then leave the phone off the hook whilst I get on with my daily routine.Maybe then when he realises he has been talking to himself for 15 mins, he won't bother calling again !!

- KathI had a call today from 'Sevillia', obviously from some type of call centre. Said it was 'Health Awareness Week' in my area. Basically the form of a polite, friendly conversation ranging from my ailments (not that many) extending after 10minutes or so to an offer of Rosex tablets at a premium rate of 14.99 for a months supply. I politely declined to take her up on the offer saying that I wished to investigate her claims for myself before committing myself to an order. Have just looked Rosex up now on the internet and come up with all these statements similar to my experience.

- sarai allanI was called this morning by Avril on 02086190075, saying she was from 'well being' and was working in my area for the day. she tried to sell me rose hip with gopo 800 mg for £16.95. Half price because I was a pensioner. It sounded too good to be true, so I told her that I would check it out and call her back. I will not be doing so.

- Bev BrownI have just had a call from an Indian gentleman named Royd. I listened to his 'scripted conversation' and was on the phone for 20 minutes, being more or less 'talked at.' He sounded very knowledgeable and was trying to sell me Pomy - pomegranate pills for arthritis. He said this was part of a scheme/test to show how effective these supplements are. Whilst I am very interested in things which can help your health naturally, I didn't like how much this company knew about me or how insistent this man was. I told him that having worked for Barclaycard for many years, I would not be handing over my card details to just anyone who rings me. He then continued to speak over me quite forcefully about the fact that they are working in accordance with trading standards and that he would only take£16.95 in one transaction. There is no guarantee that they will do this, and anyone could say anything about their business - there is no proof. I told him that I had looked up their business Sanda wellbeing on the internet as we were speaking and that I had traced this website warning people that it is a scam. He was most put out about this, but the conversation followed much the same route as the other people's who have complained here. I told him in no uncertain terms that I was not interested and not to call again or I would contact Trading standards myself, to complain. I have no idea what he said then as we were both shouting over each other. He did try to say that this website was just trying to make their business look bad, but he managed to do that himself. DO NOT PART WITH ANY BANK DETAILS OR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. I instinctively did not trust this caller, and I am glad I was sitting at the computer when I received the call so that I could check out any reviews on the internet. I am waiting for further calls from them, and I will be ready for them this time!

- Waldi| 1 replyGuys
I got the phone call from them
as soon as you receive any phone calls from 0208 numbers, people claiming they will help you to earn money, recover from arthritis, guarantee to sell your car - if any of them ask you to pass the debit or credit card details tell them nicely: God bless you, now f... off. Beware these are just scam and thieves.
I did wind Leroy (name of the boy that phoned me today) by speaking to him for half an hour and then refusing to pass the bank card details hehe
DO NOT TRUST THE 0208 numbers - it also refers to phone call that refer to your gumtree advertisements- Caller: Sanda Wellness

PA to chairman - ianmid| 7 repliesThis may not be a scam but it is a high pressure sales operation and a careless one. The guy who called me spelled his product out as Rosex. In fact Sanda's rosehip extract is called RosX. Rosex is actually a warfarin pill. Also it is not clear that Sanda's rosehip product contains gopo the trademarked rosehip active chemicals that features in the successful clinical trials of rosehip extracts effects on arthritis that were carried out in Denmark
- Caller: Sandawellness
- Sanda Wellbeing replies to ianmid| 5 repliesDear ianmid,
Many thanks for your post but I feel we should clear up some confusion. The name for our rosehip extract is in fact Rosex. Following some research it appears that there is a company in America which has now named their Warfarin pill Rosex which is unfortunate.
We use a very high grade of Rosehip extract which is why we see some very good results.
I hope this clears up some confusion.
Kind regards
