my 85 year old father was presurised over 2 hours to hand over his bank account details for some Rosex tablets at a cost of £65.46. I am going to email the comanpany sandwellnes to cancel the order.

I also got a very long call from a Mr Russel Dias of Sender Wellness. He seemed to have some medical knowledge . Unfortunately , due to his friendly and persuasive manner I actually gave him my address and immediately regretted it. Apparently, If you agree to receive the tablets at £16.95 for a months supply you will sign for receipt and I believe that that's when the trouble will/may start. I think that acceptance of the first consignment will tie you in to a contract whereby the pills just keep coming. I can't believe that the gentleman invested so much time ( about 20/25 minutes ) for his commission on a £16.95 sale. I will say in future to all such unsolicited calls " sorry, don't do business on the phone".

then done a lot of talking about my health,said about rosex tablets cost £14.95
told him i could'nt afford to pay.so next time will watch for the number.and not answer,
if they natual you would be able to in one of those shops..

It's happened again. My mother-in-law has just been conned out of £438 for Rose X. She is 85yrs old. Have contacted the bank but it's now pending. Will speak to fraud departmenton bank on Monday. Had to cancel card and hopefully get money back, but not holding our breath.

Please will everyone who gets conned by these people contact, Action Fraud, Trading Standards and Watchdog.  It is only if everyone does this thst something will be done before someone dies.

Please, please report them to Action Fraud and Trading Standards.  They are trying to sell their overpriced remedies to elderly, vulnerable people and they do not care whether the people they contact know what is going on or not.  All they care about is money.  They need to be stopped.

This info is false, they send excessive amounts of medication that is barely in date with no information for extortionate rates taking advantage of the elderly. This post is clearly by someone who works for sanda wellness or sanda wellbeing. They have taken £3000 pound of my grandfathers money and will not refund him a penny. Stay clear people an honest scots man

As I have said many times on here, please report this company to Action Fraud and Trading Standards.  The only way they will be stopped from their evil trade is if they are reported by everyone they have scammed. As you rightly say, they are preying on the elderly and vulnerable and need to be stopped before someone takes their rubbish instead of their proper medication and dies.  These rats only care about the money they can steal from our old people, they have no thought for their health.

My friends elderly mother, recently widowed, over the course of 2 years has sadly parted with VAST sums of money to these nasty, manipulative, "kind" people.    This is terrible.   All her life she has been frugal and penny-pinched and never treated herself...... and then, when she is most vulnerable they slowly slowly slowly push her to buy more and more and spend more and more.   They could tell she was not really in charge of herself and in the end it has cost her £11,000.    I could weep.

Please, please report this scum to Action Fraud.  They are the lowest of the low and prey on elderly and vulnerable people.  Unless everyone reports them they will carry on doing this.  They need to be stopped.  What really sickens me is tht they come on this site to say "how sorry they are" etc, but they still keep on cheating elderly people.

I implore anybody using these forums to actually use the complaints email address.  For all the times we have posted it on here over the past 18 months it has only ever received 6 emails!  We can fix any situation but we need to communicate directly to find out addresses etc to find the correct customer account.

I have read through these pages and I'm appalled at people's experiences of your so called 'wellness' organisation's tactics.  When one of your representatives tried to intimidate my elderly mother recently, she went along with it and would have been duped too if she wasn't so aware of her 4 offsprings' warnings ringing in her ears about phone scams!  She may not have fallen victim to the bullying techniques but countless others have and on their behalf, I also will make it my mission to expose you, your directors, your companies and everything associated with you.  Take it as read!
