I will happily investigate this for you but we need more details. please contact me on complaints@sandawellbeing.com and I will find out how we can help.
I implore anybody using these forums to actually use the complaints email address. For all the times we have posted it on here over the past 18 months it has only ever received 6 emails! We can fix any situation but we need to communicate directly to find out addresses etc to find the correct customer account.

PA to The Chairman - My mother's daughter! replies to Sanda Wellbeing| 1 replyDear Bali Bailey, PA to the Chairman *cough*
I have read through these pages and I'm appalled at people's experiences of your so called 'wellness' organisation's tactics. When one of your representatives tried to intimidate my elderly mother recently, she went along with it and would have been duped too if she wasn't so aware of her 4 offsprings' warnings ringing in her ears about phone scams! She may not have fallen victim to the bullying techniques but countless others have and on their behalf, I also will make it my mission to expose you, your directors, your companies and everything associated with you. Take it as read! - muffinon phone 30 mins then refused to give personal details.

- Roni| 1 replyRe: Cold calls from Sanda Wellbeing.
My mother received a call today. The caller apparently gave her the impression that he was connected with her local NHS clinic, and proceeded to frighten her by scaremongering about kidney damage from pain killers. Of course he had an alternative to offer......rosehip syrup.
He then pressured her for her bank/credit card details.
Wisely she hung up.
I will be sharing this information on FB, and reporting the company to BT.- Caller: Sanda Wellbeing.
- Nan replies to RoniEven if, luckily, your mum was not conned by these vermin, please report to Action Fraud. It is only if enough people do this that they will be stopped before someone is hurt or worse. FB is an excellent idea people to pass on to their elderly parents.
- brigsy| 4 repliesI have today had a long call from sanda wellness, NOT SANDA WELLBEING The guy who called me (lino) was very polite ,informative and forthcoming with all the details i asked for ,the name & address in Bucks,& their phone number..0208 6190075 reg no .6377623.
The gist of the conversation was similar to others ,in my case it was pomegramic skins in tablet form 250mg daily.

- audge| 1 replyI have just recieved a call from this company offering' Rosex' tablets for my arthritis. I do not suffer from the condition but went along with the call stating that I was 93 years old. I am no way near this age but went along with the mind blowing explanation of the benefits of this 'wonder' product After taking the details (which they were quite willing to give) I said I would be having a word with my son who would be investigating the company and the product. When they call back I will inform them that I have reported them to Trading Standards. Please do not give any Bank details to this company. It sounds like a total scam and very cruel to vulnerable people who are in pain due to this condition. Shop around for this product if you want to give it a try. I am sure it can be found cheaper on the high street etc., Take Care

- Andrea Smith replies to audgeI have just had a lengthy call from this company..the call went on for so long that they actually changed callers half way through the call...must have been luch break, they thought I hadn't noticed but I had.
They were trying to persuade me to buy a product called Rose X.it sounded wonderful and although I had no intention of giving bank details over the phone, it did sound worth trying.
Anyway........I ended the call as it was becoming time consuming and then went online to research the company and I'm glad I found this site.
I have no doubt that they will call me again, thinking that they have a good chance of "reeling me in", but now I have the ammunition I will be telling them no thanks........very politely of course. - jay replies to brigsyCan I just say that I've read through Sanda WELLNESS's website and found that the 'customers experiences' (all positive of course) are thanking Sanda WELLBEING!! This leads me to believe they are the same company.. or that WELLNESS has stolen these reviews to make themselves look genuine. I'm currently tring to get hold of somebody in management to speak to, I rang the orderline this morning and the person that answered couldn't give me a name of any person in charge. My father has also offered to post cheques but the lady 'Steffi' tried talking him into getting another bank account with a debit card!! What a cheek!
Brigsy.. be careful! - not very wellbeing| 1 replyI am totally disgusted by this company and the tactics used to get orders from elderly people. A women contacted my elderly mother (83 years old) constantly throughout the day to obtain from her, the last three numbers of her credit card details to buy health tablets, I don't know how they obtain the other card numbers but two days later a parcel arrived with tablets.
My mother took these to the local police station and has reported the incident I'm hoping the Police may do something with this! When she phoned back to the company to get her money back she was told it might not be possible!
I'm going to try and return these tablets to the address shown on the invoice personally and demand that her money is returned. Judging by the other comments here I do not rate my chances of success very high.
I can only warn others if you get a call just put the phone down on them!! or report them to the police.- Caller: Sanda Wellbeing Ltd MK18 1RQ

- sarahI have just received a call from Sanda Wellbeing club. Sheryl was trying to sell me tablets derived from pomegranates. She was quite insistent that this would cure all my ills and I told her I would speak to my doctor and would phone her if I wanted to go ahead with the tablets. The number she gave me was 02086190075. She said she was calling from Buckingham but she had an Indian accent.
I have no intention of returning this call.
sincerely

- kingossie70| 3 repliesReceived a cold call on 10 October from an Indian sounding lady who gave her name as `Mitzi` from a company called Wellness based in Buckingham. She was very polite and chatty , asked at length about my health and any ailments etc. and soon was expounding the alleged benefits of some tablets called Rosex for arthritis from which I suffer a bit,but not severely ! She eventually said I could have a months supply for the `special ` price of £14.99 which didn`t appeal to me at all ! When asked for my debit card details I said I didn`t give these out over the phone and anyway I didn`t have my card in the house, she said she`d ring back in a few days time . Of course I then immediately checked out this Wellness company on Google and found 36 pages of comments, mostly all negative, plus a few dodgy `positive` ones which could easily have been inserted by employees ! Phoned my local surgery next day and was advised not to take anything that was not prescribed or approved by my doctor ! So, be warned, this seems to me like an elaborate. suspicious, and expensive scam that preys on older people , and I`d be interested to find out just how they manage to get hold of so much personal information - `cos somebody`s supplying it to them ! And they won`t be getting me as a customer !

- kingossie70 replies to kingossie70| 2 repliesI`ve now done some research on this dubious Wellness outfit and it appears they have several `companies` all registered on an industrial estate called Ballmoor,Celtic Court,Buckingham. One called DMM is currently listed as being `in administration,` and another purports to deal in `pallets` but they all look suspiciously to be connected with this Wellness Centre within the same group of address numbers. I believe the cold calling is done from Mumbai, India ( not the UK where they pretend to be ) ,as all the comments listed report an Indian sounding caller using the same sugarsweet chatline tactics leading up to the sales pitch and wanting debit card details to pay for their potions ! They seem to possess quite a lot of personal information on the medical conditions of elderly people and I`d love to know how they are obtaining it ? Surely Hospitals or GP Health Centres aren`t providing it.......or are they indeed ? . .

- Rosyvonne| 1 replyI have had a call this afternoon and I was told that i would get 1 month's supply for £11.95 instead of £29.95. She didn't seem to be listening to anything I was saying and told her many times that although I have aches and pains it's not arthritis, it's .fibromyalgia and she just kept talking about the number of painkillers I must be taking and again, I told her many times that I'm not taking traditional painkillers but a mixture of two medications widely used together for my condition. In the end I gave in as I suppose I'm too polite to put the phone down on someone. I was then passed on to a man who at first sounded English but soon fell back in to an Indian accent. I thought I was saying yes to i month at £11.95 but just before the call was terminated he said something about £189. The call ended and then I started to panic and found this forum on the internet.
I called them back and even said I'd spoken to my doctor and had been advised not to take anything else but I was then called back by the guy I'd spoken to earlier and he said they couldn't refund the money until I'd given it a go so I asked if they were only going to ship i month's supply and take payment for that. I was told no and if, after taking the tablets for 1 month they weren't working then I could call back before 15th November to get my money back. I'm not holding out much hope of getting my money back but I am going to call my credit card company to cancel my card and ask for a new one.- Caller: Sanda Wellness
- Concerned Daughter replies to Alex| 2 repliesMy father has had a call regarding pomegranate tablets, the caller convinced him they would improve is health and he bought some. He has since had a follow up call asking how is getting on with the tablets, then the conversation turned to his sex life and did he still get an erection!! The caller said she would go and see him and he could take her out for a meal but before she could do that she would need his credit card details.
He didn't give her the details.
I'm concerned for my father, this lady obviously has his phone number and his address and potentially has his card details from the payment for the tablets.
Has anyone else had this sort of call before, should this be reported?
