- Jan replies to Angry daughterWhat is so worrying that over 700 tablets were sent to my mother who has dementia and is very confused over tablets anyway. This supply is supposedly for 2 years at one a day and the sell by date is in 2014 - the whole process is criminal with huge consequences if the receiver were to take all these dubious products - I am sincerely hoping that if we keep the pressure on this company will be forced to cease trading by one of the Fraud reports. Have you reported to Action Fraud?
- Angry daughterYes have reported to action fraud and a criminal report has been logged with them, have also spoken to consumers advice who pass information onto trading standards, also have looked at the citizens advice website regarding unfair commercial practices and it could be that the law may have been broken regarding the way these people harass you into buying their products and the fact that they are claiming these products may in some way ease ailments and illnesses.
- Ruth OliverI cannot believe that a company that has so many comments about fraudulent practices is still in business. My 90 year old mother has lost over £2k with these fraudsters over the last four months. She has had three new cards issued to try and stop it happening and her bank has not helped by failing to stop payments. They must put enormous pressure on people when they phone or are telling lies about how much they are going to send out and how much money it is going to cost. It is a national scandal that they have been allowed to continue in business. Why is nothing being done about them by Kent trading standards?

- JANET WEST YORKSHIREHow long before this 'company' is investigated by the authorities?? I am a suppport worker and visit the elderly every day, one of my elderly clients was contacted by someone called 'Jennifer' who wanted bank details to set up D/D for these Rose x pills, this 'Jennifer explained that no other medication is needed when taking Rose x. I must point out my client is chronic diabetic with many other medical conditions this kind of 'advice' is so wrong it could mean life or death for alot of elderly people that are alive because of convential medication.
These people should be stopped!!!!!!!! How do they get hold of elderly people's phone numbers like this??
It makesme so angry that there are 'peole' out there that prey on our elderly, one day they will be elderly, I wonder will someone prey on them and what would they do !! STOP THIS UNFAIR BULLYING NOW!!!!!!- Caller: sanda wellness

The tablets they tried to sell you can be brought in any health food shop for a fraction of the price they were going to charge you Please report this company to your local trading standards, hopefully soon they might act on all the complaints they are getting.
- Jan replies to DO DOf| 5 repliesYes, please report to Action Fraud and Trading Standards I wrote to Bali Bailey but am not surprised that my mother has not had any of the 399 pounds returned - for the sake of others we need to keep the pressure on - these people are the lowest of the low taking money from vulnerable people.
- Alison replies to Jan| 4 repliesHi
I have just been in touch with Age Concern, who gave me Consumer Direct number. I have reported this company to them and am now waiting a response from Trading Standards. Some 4 weeks ago my 83 year old mother, who is partially deaf and partially blind was having many high pressure sale phone calls off this company. I went down to her one day and she received a box full of pomegranate extract capsules which my mother was led to believe were £49, when I looked at the receipt they had taken £549 out of her account!! Needless to say my mother was distraught and I phoned the company to complain that they had taken advantage of an elderly woman living alone. To cut a long story short, I send the package back to them via recorded delivery and they did re-emburse the money. I thought that would be the last of it because I told them not to phone her again. Since then, they have been constantly ringing her, and she even told them she felt "harassed" to which they apologised! When I went to visit two days ago another parcel arrived with exactly the same tablets in and my mother had payed £499 for them!! With a long discussion with my mother, she has decided to keep them as she said that she thinks she feels better. When she went to have her INR bloods done last week, they had gone down to 1.5 which has never been so low! I am now waiting for her GP to get back in touch with me to see if these so called wonderful "Pomegranate capsules" are contributing to her blood clotting. I am absolutely furious with this company and they should be stopped. I've been told that no matter how many time you tell them not to call, they still will. They are acting on vunerable, elderly people and what they are doing is Illegal. I hope this is the end to my mum giving her card details over the phone. She has never done it before, but they have a way with words!!!! - Jan replies to Alisonyes it all sounds familiar - it is very sad that all these vulnerable people are being conned - I have had to take my mothers debit card away to avoid anything similar happening again. I have been promised from Sandawell that my mother will not be phoned again but not sure I believe them. Also was promised a refund but so far nothing.
I am hoping that continued pressure and reporting to various authorities will result in these rogues being stopped but look how long it has been going on? I will not give up on this - I tell everyone I know who is working with elderly people - and keep posting!
Also get a crime reference number by reporting to Action Fraud - if they have enough reports they will act on all information given to them. - shirley coates| 1 replyToday I received a call from Mipzie from the arthrirtic centre 32, Ballmoor,Celtic Court mk18 1rq.I think I have been conned for £35.Could you please tell me if this company is legitimate?
- Caller: Arthritic centre
- My advice replies to shirley coatesRead all 44 pages and post your conclusion, then ring your bank and check your transaction data. Only you can decide and remember that a fool is easily parted from their money. NEVER give card details to ANY cold caller. Check www.actionfraud.police.uk if you doubt my advice, I could be anybody.
- Fat Sharks| 3 repliesMy elderly parents have also been conned by Sanda Wellness. It is quite upsetting that they already knew health details before even speaking to them.
They also appear to be trading as http://www.savvyoflondon.com ??- Caller: sanda
- Nan replies to Fat SharksReport them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. Send them a Registered letter telling them you want your parents money back within a certain time. These people are scum who prey on the elderly and vulnerable. They neither know, nor care, about the people they 'phone. They just want to steal money. They don't actuakly know what is wrong with the person they call, they work on the premise that elderly people will suffer from a certain range of ailments and, by careful questioning. find out which ones apply. They are very good at what they do and the elderly person will not be aware that these scammers are collecting information. They may even think the person calling them actually know about their medical condition. Forgot to say, get your parents to cancel their card and notify their bank as these rats will continue to send their rubbish and take money.
- JH| 1 replyThis company has tricked my 88 year old mother into buying pomi tablets and have taken £399 out of her account. The account that is used to pay her bills. Two days on after many phonecalls the Customer Service have still yet to contact me. I s this a scam and should they be exposed to the general public.
The nurse has contacted me to say that my mother is very stressed and has stopped eating,

- gupta replies to JHsend the police to ajit's farm house. he hates police visiting him. they raided his old house with serious fraud office in goldshield era
- SamUnfortunately I have a similar story to those of you who have been scammed by Sansa wellness. I am currently having to claim back £399.00 back from these heinous people who pray on our elder generation. If you are trying to claw back money from them they don't accept a part refund that they are offering. You must contact consumer direct the government helpline & help put these parasites out of business. You can get a full refund if you stand your ground & go about it correctly :)
As for those of you praising rosex? I'm afraid I must say that you are probably placed on this website and that you are either paid by them or infact are one of their so called " health experts!"- Caller: Sanda wellness
