As well as Trading Standards you should also contact Action Fraud.  Their number is on their website and they are always pleased to help.  As part of City of London Police they will know if anything can be done to stop these scum.  They must have known your mum has dementia when they spoke to her, but they don't care.  They just want to steal money.  I really do not think that humans can get any lower than this lot.

Thank you for the advice. I will contact Action Fraud as well as Trading Standards.I am interested to read on here that some have had money refunded , I really didnt think that was a possibility given the obvious lack of morality and care this company shows by conning old and vulnerable people in the first place. How do they sleep at night?

I presume you have read the posts by Paul M, which have a lot of useful information.  There is also the post from Bill with regard to the Insolvency Service.  The more organisations which receive complaints about this scum  the better.  They sleep at night because they have no morals, they are happy to steal from the elderly to fund their lifestyle

    Hi Jan,

Thanks for your post.  On the back of your mothers invoice you will find the procedure for returning the goods within the Distance Selling regulations.  If you are dissatisfied with anything following this process we have a UK managed complaints procedure and if you can drop me the details I will be able to help

    complaints@sandawellbeing.com

    Kind regards

Do you never get fed up of defending this disgusting company?  How do you sleep at night when you are stealing from elderly and vulnerable people? I cannot think of anything more heartless than taking money from people suffering from Dementia. You and your company are a disgrace and I hope it is not long before the Police and Trading Standards shut you down.  You have changed your name several times recently, so perhaps that time is coming closer.

Sounds like you are from the company! They are harassing old people, like my Granda, who did not want any of their products & was sent some pills & charged £180. If I ever get hold of these scammers they'd need to start running! Fast!

Report this scum to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.  If you Gran paid by credit or debit card cancel it and get another one.  In addition, e-mail the Bali Bailey person who has posted above (she regularly comes on here trying to defend this lot).  Tell them you want your Gran's money back.

I have just found out that my father is a victim of this company. He received a parcel of tablets from this company costing him £449. After initially speaking.to him I discovered that he also received a parcel in January costing him £99. We contacted the company regarding returning the parcel and getting a full refund, but the person on the other end of the phone would not say yes we could have full refund instead he offered returning some of the tablets for a small refund which we declined, we said we didn't  want the tablets and wanted a full refund. They said my father had been a customer since June but wouldn't agree to a full refund. We contacted them again the following the following day and yet again they only offered a part not full refund. On.further investigation I have found out this company has been taking money from my Dad for the past 7 months altogether totalling about £900.
This company is dispicable, I wish I could put on here some of the things I have heard them say in our telephone conversations, all I will say is that these people are disgusting and my heart goes out to everyone who has ever had the misfortune to come into contact with them.  I hope someday soon that justice will be done and this company will not be able to prey on people like they have. I will continue to try to get my fathers money back and any help and advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Similar to my experience-see my post and I have followed the advice from Bali to email her with details - she has promised to refund the money so we shall see what happens- this does not address the problem of this company contacting vulnerable elderly people in the first place - it seems incredible that they have been doing this for so long and obviously have no thought of the affect that it has on real peoples lives. I sincerely hope that some of the officials that I have contacted will act - please report this to Action Fraud and consumer direct - we can but try.

I have been giving this some thought.  I wonder if Age UK (was Age Concern) would have any ideas about how we could get this company stopped?  Like you, I cannot understand how they have got away with it for so long.  The NHS in various parts of the country has issued warnings, Trading Standards and Action Fraud have been aware of them for some time.  It beggers belief that they are still trading.  I have read on other numbers relating to them that they are in fact, in India, and the UK addresses are virtual offices.  I am not even sure if the Bali Bailey thing is in this country.  Lets hope it is not going to tsake the death of an elderly, vulnerable person before anything is done.

This is the only way of warning people but is often too late as we are hearing.  Whoever Bali Bailey is, he/she is reading and responding - its not doing their company image much good. I have contacted health centres to put out a warning. Action Fraud probably have a lot of bigger fish to fry but hopefully if they are inundated with complaints they might respond- same with Trading Standards.
My mothers bank fraud department were very interested in this and have taken note.
I am working on other avenues as well and am still waiting for the money!

I have had many calls from an Asian lady over the last twelve months tryiing to sell me some form of Rosehip capsules. She said it would take away the pain I have from arthritis and was pretending to be so thoughtful as though she was a member of my family. She has been trying to get me today, but I have ignored her calls. When I told her yesterday thast I was waiting for a knee replacement, and didn't want to try any new treatment, she went on to suggest I try a gel which I think was called extra flex. After trying to find out the cost, it was obvious that this was only the start as she said it would take twelve months before I saw a great difference. At £16 a month, this becomes far more expensive than first stated. I want to get her to stop these calls as she doesn't get put off by me saying I don't want anything from her.

Paul, I have been reading your posts and would gratefully appreciate any advice you could give me, my father has also lost several hundreds of pounds to this company over seven months. I would like to know if you returned all the products your father received for you to get a full refund. My initial post is on pg 42

Paul M doesn't seem to have come back on here since he got his complaint sorted out.  As you will have seen the Bali Bailey thing has come back to you to ask you to get in touch.  Might be an idea to do that as it obviously knows that you will take the matter further, so will be more inclined to settle.  Ask it if it wants it's rubbish back and, if so, tell it to send a prepaid delivery label. Even if you get your dad's money back keep on trying to get this scum shut down.

I have emailed details to Bali Bailey and explained that they need to refund money and send freepost label or arrange collection of the 700 tablets  but nothing has happened yet - I think it is very important to get this company stopped for the sake of others. Please report to Action Fraud and Trading Standards also keep informing others e.g Health Professionals - the more people who are on their guard the better. I shall report here IF they do return my mothers money.

Judging by other posts on here, they take their time in refunding the cash.  Keep on chasing them until you get it back.  I have checked locally and there are warnings in the GPs surgeries and at our local Health Hub. I am going to contact Age UK, as mentioned earlier, and see if they can add any weight to the complaints. The problem will be if they are, in fact. in India and the UK addresses are just virtual.  The main director has form as a scammer and as for the Bali Bailey thing, I am not sure it even exists, apart from coming on here trying to justify this scum.

Have today spoken to a friend who is a pharmacist. I showed her the products that my father has received and she says that none of these products would have any health benefits what so ever but she would be concerned if these were being sent to people who have renal problems. She said that so long as you are eating a healthy diet these products would do nothing for you. She also looked up pomegranate to find out its health benefits and what it would be used for and it wasn't even listed. I also visited Holland and Barrett and these ptoducts can be bought for far less than what they are being sold for.
Have replied to sanda wellness and await reply.

The problem is that this scum neither know, nor care, what medical conditions the receipients of their 'phone calls have.  All they are interested in is how much money they can steal from the elderly.  I have not read back but I think PaulM had the products analysed and got the same results as you, although one of the ingredients gave cause for concern.  When you consider how long this lot have been peddling their rubbish you do wonder how much damage they have caused.  Many elderly people cannot afford a healthy diet so they are at risk.
