- Bali replies to kathlyn o'connor| 2 repliesKathlyn O' Connor,
I do not know if you do work for us but if you do then please do not post anything trying to defend the position it is a pointless task and will anger the locals.
A few pages back on this thread you will find a real customer who followed procedure and used the UK mailbox and they got their money back with ease. They then came on here to let the community know and they got jumped all over and accused of working for us etc.
Understand this is a completely uncontrolled forum and 90% of the posts on here have been written by mischief makers.
Anyone can write anything on here and the mob mentality will make it true even if it is not. Please just trust that we are managing the situation in the UK and you do not need to respond to anything on here as you will just cause more problems, we will deal with any 'Real' complaints that come through to complaints@sandawellbeing.com of which there is a very low level.
Kind regards
Bali. - lagibI have not read all above comments associated with ''Sanda'' but just to say that yesterday I received a phone call from an asian lady who said her name was Sheryl Williams from ''Sanda'' Buckinghamshire, postcode MK181RQ, license 6377623 and telephone 02086 190075. Lots of information but I was asked about my health, arthritis and a whole gamut of other health issues and was finally recommended to take ''pomiomy' tablets which have a pomegranate base.Despite me advising the caller that I had my own doctor who was dealing with my health (which is ok anyway from what I can tell),the lady persisted in the belief that I was scared of cancer and heart attack (a figment of her imagination and nothing that I had conveyed to her).It became too much when she started to call me 'darling'' in a condescending way and insisting on the benefits of ''pomiomy'. At that point I put the phone down but had to repeat it when she immediately rang me back. I am not normally a rude person but I am not stupid either and at 74 years of age I know I do not have to put up with this kind of sales pitch. This kind of call however is making me rude because as soon as I hear an asian voice on the other end of an incoming call I put the phone down which may not be fair to all callers.I certainly would never give personal or credit card/bank details over the phone to anyone. Finally, I must say that I am constantly being plagued by phone callers trying to sell me something but trying to disguise the call as market research. I have hopefully stopped spurious calls from sales people abroad but am told that I cannot stop such calls generated in the UK. What a pity.

my uncle who's 82 and has had a stroke so is not in the best of health received 10 box's of pomegranate capsules and 10 box's of another product to help his joints in February . my mother and father live with my uncle they are in their late seventies .my mother happened to see his Barclaycard statement and saw £499 had been paid out to this company without my uncle knowing . my mother has contacted Bexley
trading standards and the fraud squad who both said they had heard of this company .we are still waiting for a refund which is now 2 weeks since the products were returned.they have to Wednesday and then trading standards will step in .my mother does not need this problem as it has resulted in her becoming power of attorney over my uncles money as he has been quite vulnerable to other scam people in the past and he really doesn't have it to just throw away .i would like to know how do they know their medical problems who gives out this information ? - Nan replies to AngelaThey know nothing about the medical conditions of the people they call, that is why they are so dangerous. They are just very clever at what they do and ask questions in such a way that the elderly people they call think that they have the information. They neither know nor care what effect their rubbish could have on their victims or whether it will clash with their existing medication. The Bali thing who has posted earlier on this page is an example of how they work. If you read what it has written you would think it was a reincarnation of Sister Theresa, rather than a conning, money grabbing, shill.
- WOW! replies to Bali| 1 replyYourwellness Publishing Ltd is shortlisted for Gatwick Diamond New Business Of The Year Award
Gatwick based Yourwellness Publishing Ltd has been short-listed for New Business of the Year at the 2013 Gatwick Diamond Business Awards, but what does that really mean?
Yourwellness, the gateway to living well
Yourwellness is superb. Not only in the coverage of the different aspects around the topic of wellness, but in the final presentation & layout of the publication.
Crawley, Sussex (PRWEB UK) 10 March 2013
It means Yourwellness are recognised and reliable, it means that they're moving in the right direction and that their rapid expansion, sophisticated business plan and potential growth are, at worst, the eleventh best new business in Sussex.
The magazine alone has expanded a great deal in the short time that the company has been trading. Though initially it was only available to those in the North Sussex area, it's now free to those as far away as Brighton.
By May, Yourwellness magazine will be available at all major London train stations too which marks the next step in the development of the company.
Yourwellness is a young company that’s growing rapidly and its website is a testament to this. In the last three months it has evolved into “the gateway for living well” and is updated almost hourly by a dedicated local team of writers, researchers and editors. Yourwellness is a company on the rise, it's only a matter of time before it becomes a household name.
The magazine is free to pick up and is also delivered to homes across Sussex which has proven a winning formula for local and larger advertisers alike.
Sian Burton, Marketing Manager at Care UK stated that “The team at Yourwellness couldn’t be more helpful or nicer to deal with. Not only that, but the publication has provided us with several enquiries that have gone on to convert, providing a good return on investment.”
The readers of Yourwellness seem equally impressed. One regular reader said “I think that Yourwellness is superb. Not only in the coverage of the different aspects around the topic of wellness, but in the final presentation & layout of the publication. I’m sure it’s been hard work, but the result is well worth it. I am sure that it will be very successful and I look forward to seeing future issues.”
Yourwellness also stands by its mission that access to information about how to live well should be easily available and publish their magazine digitally at http://latestissue.yourwellness.com
There are also iOS and Android apps available so that everyone can live well.
If you’re more interested in a physical copy of the magazine then Copies can be found at your local Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, Asda, Virgin Active (Crawley) and Nuffield Health (Crawley). - WOW! replies to Fat SharksDomain Name.......... savvyoflondon.com

From your poorly written post, this is such a scam, shame on you preying on the elderly.
I certainly wouldn't own-up to working for a "rotten" company! - Bali replies to AngelaHi All,

- Nan replies to Brian H| 1 replySanda must be getting desperate if they are getting their employees to put on positive posts. The facts are that these people cold call elderly people, pretending to know what ailments they have. All lies as they do not have a clue. They then offer their quack remedies at a "special rate". They get the bank details and the "special rate" of £14.99 suddenly becomes £499. There is no defence for preying on elderly and vulnerable people, even people with dementia, just to make money. Anyone who has been caught by this lot should report them to Tradig Standards, the OFT and Action Fraud.
- Brian H replies to NanOh wow, I assure you that I am not an employee. What makes you think I am?
- Naysayer replies to Brian H| 4 repliesA fool is easily parted from his money ;)
- Brian H replies to Naysayer| 3 repliesAnd now you make out that I am a fool? What sort of place is this???
- Nan replies to Brian H| 2 repliesThis is a place that can spot a shill when it reads one. However, feel free to make positive comments about a company which steals from elderly and vulnerable people if it makes you feel better.
- Northway replies to D.DixonGood reporting them to the ICO. The criminal fraudsters like Anthony Simister who run scams like to plant stooges on these forums to discourage honest folk from contacting the ICO or Ofcom. Ignore them. Data criminals don't want the hassle, bad publicity or fines, and have big payoffs to make to stay in business. Pay them back with hassle. I've bookmarked the ICO complaint form and report each and every call now via the form on www.ico.gov.uk : https://www.snapsurveys.com/swh/surveylogin.asp?k=134674895144
Here's the latest fine for a dodgy company caught with its trousers down and breaking the law:
http://www.ico.gov.uk/news/latest_news/2013.aspx
News release: 20 March 2013
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has served a monetary penalty of £90,000 to a company that has blighted the public with thousands of unwanted marketing calls.
DM Design, based in Glasgow, has been the subject of nearly 2,000 complaints to the ICO and the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). The company consistently failed to check whether individuals had opted out of receiving marketing calls – in clear breach of the law - and responded to just a handful of the complaints received.
In one instance an employee refused to remove a complainant’s details from the company’s system and instead threatened to “continue to call at more inconvenient times like Sunday lunchtime”.
The monetary penalty is the first the ICO has issued for a serious breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) relating to live marketing calls. This latest penalty comes after the joint owners of a company, which was responsible for sending hundreds of thousands of spam texts, received penalties totalling £440,000 in November last year.
The ICO has informed two more companies that it is intending to impose significant penalties over breaches of the law, with a final decision likely in the coming weeks. A further ten companies are subject to ongoing investigation for cold-calling and sending spam text messages.
Information Commissioner, Christopher Graham, said:
“Today’s action sends out a clear message to the marketing industry that this menace will not be tolerated. This company showed a clear disregard for the law and a lamentable attitude toward the people whose day they were disturbing. This is not good enough.
“This fine will not be an isolated penalty. We know other companies are showing a similar disregard for the law and we’ve every intention of taking further enforcement action against companies that continue to bombard people with unlawful marketing texts and calls.
“All of this work has been made possible thanks to the information we are receiving from the public, which has assisted our investigation team in identifying the companies making these calls.”
View a copy of the DM Design monetary penalty notice
The ICO and OFCOM, who are responsible for regulating silent calls, work closely together and will be publishing an open letter to the marketing industry reminding companies that they must comply with the legal and regulatory measures in place. Failure to do so will lead to enforcement action, with the ICO able to issue penalties of up to £500,000 for serious breaches of the PECR, and OFCOM having the power to issue penalties of up to £2,000,000 over breaches of rules linked to abandoned and silent calls.
The ICO has setup a online reporting tool which people can use to send us the details of any unwanted marketing texts and calls. View the reporting tool, which has already received nearly 140,000 responses since it was setup in March last year.
Notes to Editors
1. The Information Commissioner’s Office upholds information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.
2. The ICO has specific responsibilities set out in the Data Protection Act 1998, the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
3. The ICO is on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, and produces a monthly e-newsletter.
4. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 support the Data Protection Act by regulating the use of electronic communications, including live and automated marketing calls and marketing text messages. The ICO has the power to issue monetary penalties up to £500,000 for serious breaches of the regulations.
5. OFCOM is responsible for regulating abandoned and silent calls under the Communications Act 2003. OFCOM has the power to serve persistent offenders with financial penalties up to £2,000,000 pounds. - Brian H replies to Nan| 1 replyAnd what exactly are you basing your 'shill' assessment on?
All you have done is accuse an innocent 64 year old of lying and being a fool!!! Exactly how is that different 'targeting of the elderly' than what you accuse Sanda of???
I came on here, left an honest review and went off to the Sanda Site. When I look back to the tab I left this open on I am being abused!
It is shocking, how is anyone supposed to make an honest assessment when there are people like you with a very single minded agenda??? - Paul M| 4 repliesI have not been on this forum for a while, but it is clear to me that the disgraceful activities of this completely unethical company are continuing.
Even though I eventually got a full refund for my father for just under £1800, I haven't given up the fight to fully expose them.
After all this time I am still of the opinion that the cold calling practices that they adopt with our elderly and vulnerable loved ones is absolutely disgraceful, how can they sleep at night knowing that they have preyed on such people and intimidated and bullied them into revealing bank details. It is the lowest of the low as far as I am concerned.
Please rest assured ladies and gents that I have taken some extremely positive action to show their true colours so just be patient and watch this space. - Scam Watcher replies to Brian HAjit, how is anyone supposed to believe what you say? You can't even decide when you were born. Surprised you're still tele-mugging old grannies after your £15 Million share windfall last year. New health scam mag swallowing up a lot of cash? Staff becoming aware and leaving?
