There was a radio programme which featured this company today.  Apparently a number of elderly people appear to have bought large amounts of these healthcare products.  There is a cold call telesales operation coming, surprise, surprise, from India.

Due to an internal review of processes that has been spanning the past 3 months and the broadcast on Radio 4 today we have terminated the Head of Sales, Mahesh Matta, with immediate effect.

Mahesh Matta was autonomous and solely responsible for the call centre operations and we believe that his removal will allow us to move forward positively.

Despite what may be believed on here we are a reputable company with a significant amount of satisfied customers.

Yes we can't let Ajit Patel carry the can as the Managing Director and owner of Natural Wellness Products Ltd now can we? Nice scam, keep up the scamming and feigning innocence. You are all common criminals. 45 pages of complaints spanning years and the Goldshield NHS scam carry more weight than your words ever can. Empty promises, repeated over and over. Nothing will change until the entire criminal operation is disbanded in the UK and India and all the perpetrators are put on trial for fraud.

Don’t forget, as you heard on Radio 4, the easiest route for dispute resolution is to contact the BBC.

so angry my nan has been harrased by this company for over 1 year. constantly ringing her. they rang her last week and promised her a refund of money that they owed her, she gave her,  bank details expecting a refund, so was very suprised when a parcel arrived today containing 8 bottles of of hi active syrup at £61.13.  with  total of £499.00 with vat... they have already taken the money out of her account... tried ringing , what a suprise there is no one there till after easter. I will not let this drop and i will get a refund..they should be ashamed for preying on the elderly.

If you have read recent posts you will see that this scum have been exposed on Radio4 for they disgusting sales practices.  Report them to Trading Standards and to Action Fraud.  In addition, send a registered letter to their address (if you look back you will see posts from something called Bali Bailey which gives details).  Tell them you want all your nan's money back withing 14 days and that, if you don't get it you will take them to the Small Claims Court and will talk to the papers about their scam.  They also claim that they are endorsed by Care UK, so you can go to their website and tell Care UK just what this lot get up to.  Good luck and please let us know how you go on.

Well folks, it appears that Mrs Thomas, 86yrs and myself appearing on Radio 4 has stirred up a hornets nest at Sanda Wellbeing, once again Bali has attempted to come to the defence. Bali says that Mahesh Matta, Head of Sales has been sacked from the post, I am assuming he works from Mumbai at the call centre, he also resigned from his post as a Director of Sanda Wellbeing the same day as he got the position, (from an earlier post on this forum I think in April 2011). My father was also over paid his refund by £155, (which I suspect was part of their strategy of buttering me up to say nothing more on this forum), it won't surprise you to know that Mahesh Matta put his name at the bottom of this letter as Head of Customer Care. How does he manage all these responsibility's.

I wonder what his name is now and I would take an intelligent guess that he is still working for the company today under a new name, he is to good to lose as he is making a fortune out of other peoples misery's,  for Sanda Wellbeing or should I say Natural Wellness,

Ajit Patel, the 27 x companies you have been the Director of, promote, good health, but you have no idea how much stress you have brought about to genuine law abiding, elderly, vulnerable people and their families.

Even though you will probably wallow in the vast amount of money you have made from this disgraceful practice from your prestigious farmhouse in India, I am sure that I speak on behalf of 99% of the people on this forum & many others that we are confident, that the Authorities will catch up with you.

How can you sleep at night knowing how much misery you have caused so many people, our elderly loved ones have worked hard all their lives and deserve to have a stress free relaxing life, without being intimidated by your company representatives and yourself, and they are conned into losing considerable amounts of money, to support your greediness.You really mustn't have any heart or elements of morality or dignity to behave in such a dishonourable way.

What did our loved one's ever do to you to deserve being treated in such a way as you have treated them?

Have you checked out the post from "WOW" on Page 44.  Crawley possibly need to be made aware of the type of company they are promoting.  "Care UK" have not replied to my e-mail, so I don't know whether they are interested or not.

A good friend of mine who is over 80 has had a similar  bad experience with being harrassed by Sanda, being sent unsolicited goods and being forced to pray for them.  She says they are cheats and liars!

She is right on both counts.  Would she let you act on her behalf to get her money back?  If so, firstly e-mail to Sanda at the address given by the Bailey thing in the past few pages.   Then report them to Trading Standards Standards and Action Fraud. The only way to stop this disgusting scum is for eveyone affected by them to take action.

Dont go near this company as they pray on the elderly...they will trick them into giving credit card details.
My Father lost £365 to this company SandaWellbeing!!!

They are cheats....they wont refund my Father his £365!!!

I have discovered that my 84 year old mother has received a call from this company and they recently sold her wellness products at a total cost of £204.99. I challenged the company in an email today and made a formal complain of harassment and bullying by the telesales individual - an Asian male. I recently had my mother's phone number changed due to an attempted fraud, however the company obtained the number by whatever means and the caller convinced her to pace another order for products she does not need or want. Payment was taken by card, the details of which were solicited from my mother. I received an email response from a Mark Smith of their Customer Services department within an hour, apologising and offering to refund the money as I will be sending the unused products back to them. They have agreed to delete my mother's contact and account details from their system, as I requested and rest assured I will be monitoring this and will enforce my mother's rights to privacy.
