Had a call today from an Asian Lady, don't know wether it was a call centre or not, gave their address as 32 Ballmoor, Celtic Court, Buckingham, MK18 1RQ, Tel: 020 861 90075 - Sanda Wellbeing Centre.  Rosehip'Gopo syrup reduced from £32.99 to £14.99 if buying today.  I understand they can get ones phone number from data bases etc., but how would they know about one's health?

Received call from UK Wellness Centre a English lady requested information on life style and health issues. From my answers she discovered I was single over 65 and cooked for my myself and led a active life style and suffered stiffness in my joints. After a long conversation in which she suggested she could pop over one night for a meal she told me I need not suffer from stiff joints as a wonder product which normally sold for £54.99 was been sponsored by the goverment and was available to me for only 14.99 because I was over 65 the N.H.S would subsidise  the price. She would send me the product by Royal Mail special delivery. At this point I said Goodbye. The lady was well trained, polite and very good at her job. (Giving out misleading information.)

I have the same repeated calls, Indian sounding accents, claiming to be doing a survey from the health centre, wanting high prices for lots of pmegranet pills, advising me to give one to my dog as well as two a day for me! Once, before I realised who it was, a lot of cheering and clapping broke out, - maybe someone made a big sale? I am in the Nottingham area too and ex directory plus with TPS, so how in the world did they get me? I was led by them to think my GP surgery had asked them to contact me for the "survey" until I found out the price of the pills!  I'm finding it very frightening actually and glad at least that others are complaining,  It has to stop. But how?

Jennifer, take on board on the previous comments and avoid this company like the plague.  I have just been contacted by an "Elton Christ" half an hour or so ago and at first refused to discuss my health issues. Then like an idiot, as soon as the caller was able to confirm my full address (and he obviously had my phone number which is ex-directory), I thought it must be legitimate.  He rattled out questions about whether I had aches and pains (who over 60 doesn't!), then came the crunch.  He wanted to tell me about this wonderful product called Rosex (rosehip tablets) that normally cost £29-£33 but were on offer - only today, of course! - for £14.95.  Further waffle about how my card details would be safe and used only once.  I asked if this was basically a marketing call, but he denied this; said he only had my well-being in mind.  It was a long call, going round and round in circles about why I was being so sceptical, why I wouldn't buy now, why I wouldn't give my card details.  The fact he was foreign, from an overseas call centre (I guess) and was trying to flog a particular product, made me refuse to go along with his determined efforts to hook me.  I also told him I would check out his company on the internet before I did anything else, so he proceeded to give me his web mail address.  Instead, I got this site and I am glad I did.

Just don't get taken in folks.  There are too many scammers out there waiting for you to bite the bait and reel you in.

I just spent an hour on the phone with Susan from Wellness Centre of Bexley,  I was asked all the questions about my health and tablets etc. At first I was cautious but as the call went on I  relaxed.  she was very good, telling me how good rose hip syrup would be for me.  When she asked me how I would like to pay,  alarm bells started to ring but she still assured me it was all above board and I could check.  Stupidly I gave my credit card details with the offer of 3 months for the price of 2 .However on putting down the phone I was feeling very uncomfortable and got on to the bank to cancel my card which they did immediately.
I would advise anyone who  gets a call from these people to hang up straight away because if you give them the chance they will reel you in.
I dont know if they are for real but how did they get my details and phone number and phone at this time of evening.  I am sure Wellness Centres do not work after 6pm.

A "lady" named Elizabeth (she says) rang my husband on Monday evening (27/6/2011) to sell us a "natural product" made from Pomegranates, called POMY believe it or not ! She first took about 10 mins to explain the goodness of them, and also asked many questions about our health, age etc, and explained why we needed them as we get older.

She said she was from Sanda Wellness, and gave the Company address and Postcode - 32, Vallnor, Celtic Court, Cuckingham, LK18 1RQ. (I can't find anything on any Search engine, so I think it's completely false). I don't know what Country it's supposed to be in either, but she had an Asian/Indian accent.

She was very persuasive, so he let her talk, and talk, and talk - boy did she talk. She wanted him to buy a £30 dose of these "natural" tablets for only £14.95p, and she couldn't understand it when he wouldn't give her his Bank details and when he wouldn't buy "over the phone"! That's when the conversation ended. She hasn't rung back since (yet)

Today I received a call from Sanda Wellbeing and the caller told me her name was Elton, she asked
several questions about my health saying that she was conducting a survey. I thought she was a councillor and unfortunately spoke to her in great detail about my health issues.  She then suggested that I bought and took rosehip, I was then passed on to speak to an indian man who wanted my debit card details.  Luckily my daughter was in the house and she spoke to the man.   She told him that she would not give bank details to him, he lost his temper saying he always had trouble with daughters, grandaughters etc and he put the phone down on her.

My mother who is 87 called me to tell me she had given her debit card details to a comoany called Sanda Welfare? Was very distraught as worried about money going out of her account.
The company told her they would send her a product called Bomy, a pommegranite based tablet retailing for £25.00 and they were selling for less.
I believe the jist of the conversation was that they would send her 2 months complimentary but they needed her card details for thier records.
Of course my mother is old, sometimes hard of hearing, but how did they get het number, how did they have any details about her at all ?
Very nice man she spoke too, arn't they all.. and we talked about all the things under the sun, anything to distract you and put you off guard !!
Any way I advised her to call the bank, which she has done.. cancelled her card and so this will prevent any monies if any going out on her account.

I have tried calling the two numbers that the company gave her, niether are obtainable.
She apparrently spoke to two different people..
Males.. Phillip Matthews and Roger Green.

I don't believe they are who they say they are and do not accept calls from this company
