    I am writing this memo to confirm that I have again rang The Wellness Clinic at Bexley Heath, Kent on 02086190075 regarding my order I/D number 89694, this is the 5th telephone call from me. I am constantly told that the order has been sent to me the latest being by Royal Mail on the 16th Feb, to date I have received no order, I am therefore obliged to ask for my £125 be credited back into my account forthwith.  If by any chance I do receive this long and lost parcel I will contact you and pay accordingly. I am a 70 year old pensioner and was looking forward to this said mercicle working Seed Extract of Rosehip GOPO, but on the other hand cannot afford to loose £125. I was informed last Tuesday 22nd Feb [I spoke to Jack] that if I did not receive these tablets by Saturday I could have my monies refunded, well it is now Tuesday 1st March and no tablets, I left a message on your answer phone yesterday morning, no one returned to the call so I rang again today Tuesday 1st March and requested a refund,please attend to my request as soon as possible, thank you Mrs Betty Bowden

    Firstly I must apologise for the problems you have experienced with Sanda Wellness and I hope that we can work towards a successful resolution of your current situation.

    Due to the issues being raised by our valuable customers on websites such as these we have taken a series of steps to ensure that we operate in a professional manner.

    Yeah..... I think you missed my point "Trading Standards User".

    All this posting of irrelevant information looks like it has just come from one upset person changing their user name each time.  From what I can gather the companies house stuff posted is not even about Sanda but some accountants???? how is that relevant to warning consumers? Even if it is Sanda's accountants BIG DEAL!

    Seems to me that all these posts don't actually raise any real problems, They all appear to just be trying to stir up some kind of discontent with hearsay and accusations and without any proof or real complaint.....  you really need to get a life and chill out.

    btw. Dangerous game, passing yourself off as Trading Standards!

    you poeple like sanda are trying to help the old and the senior citizens which even their own do not do every body has got a problem then why do we go to the gps and take poison painkillers and we are ok with it just cause its free then i have lots to sell to die do you want rat poison for free would u like to take it its free the good never comes for free i have experienced it cause my grandmother has been feeling better after taking the right strength of the rosehip of 800mg and she has been better and have reduced to 2 painkillers thanks to sanda and their 25 day supervision team.

    A persistent sales pitch for Rosex(rosehip)
    They seem to be targeting Senior Citzens and are happy to waste much of their and your  time.
    Hang up, but many OAP don't have the internet to be aware of the company.

    I agree Val. Many pensioners are not online and have no way to check the validity of the claims made by Sanda Wellness. Having said that, my doctor's surgery has now put a warning poster up next to the electronic booking in screen, so hopefully it will save a few more people from falling victim.

    I care for an elderly lady who unfortunately has fallen victim to these scammers!! last week she received a package from sanda although she had told them several times in a phone conversation that she did not want anything as she couldnt afford it!!

    in the package was an invoice for almost £200 along with 8 boxes of sum sort of pills(which the lady did not agree to order), i rang them up and said they had not been ordered and that the lady wants a full refund of any monies charged, they then said the package would have to be returned to them and that the lady would have to pay the postage!! they then went on to say if the package is not returned within 7 days she would not receive a refund!!

    after the conversation i read the info on the back of the invoice and it clearly states you have 30 days to return and get a refund!!

    although the postage wont cost much, this is about pricipal, why should the lady be the one to mess about having to return the package and pay for it!! not to mention the distress this has caused her.

    i just dont know what to do next, should she just pay to send it back and hope that she will be refunded sometime soon??

    any advice appreciated.

    I was phoned last night by sanda wellbeing co. When asked how they had got my name and address, I was told that because I was a pensioner in Brighton, they had been given the information from the Pensions people. Alarm bells should have rung,but didn't.( That answer of theirs was a lie, as the Data Protections would not allow Pensions to give out this kind of information to a nutrition comoany.) Anyway, I was manipulated into giving my credit card details for an order of over £!00 in order to receive Pomegranate  capsules for 10 months in one bulk delivery.
     I woke up this morning and realized what an awful mistake I had made.I am a widow and live on my own.I have good enough health.So I phoned the company and cancelled the order with some difficulty. I am about to ask for a confirmation of that cancellation . I am in touch with my credit card company and am following their advice .
      Don't be taken in by sandawellbeing!!

    I see from a Google alert that there have been some postings today about a data dealer called Phruit Limited linked to Sanda Wellbeing Ltd so am reposting them here. Mand said that she was told by Sanda Wellbeing that they had been supplied with data by Phruit: "He also mentioned Phruit, couldn't follow everything he said though his English was very good."

    EVER wondered how those massively irritating firms that call you out of the blue get your phone number?

    It's thanks in part to companies like Phruit Limited, which describes itself as "industry leaders in the provision of lead-generation services."

    Translated, this means that after using underhand ploys to get your details, it passes them onto businesses selling everything from mobile phones to will-writing.

    Phruit even passed on the details of people who had registered with the Phone Preference Service to opt-out of marketing phone calls.

    It also used a sneaky trick known in the trade as "sugging" - marketing or selling under the guise of carrying out research.

    Now the company, run from Newark in Notts by Philip and Charlotte Lightfoot, has been suspended from the Direct Marketing Association.

    "Membership of the DMA is a clear indicator of a company operating to the highest standards, standing for professionalism and trustworthiness," said Scott Logie, chair of the association.

    "Our code of practice is the cornerstone in our efforts to build and maintain political, commercial and consumer faith in direct marketing. Therefore, any company that fails to operate within these standards brings both the association and the industry as a whole into disrepute. It is for this reason that we have no choice but to suspend Phruit from membership."

    George Kidd, chair of the Direct Marketing Commission, said: "It's vital that we uphold the high professional standards that define the direct marketing industry. Our recommendation to suspend Phruit from DMA membership clearly illustrates the seriousness of failure to comply with the Association's Code.
