ive bn getting calls from 02202 of and on 4 the past couple of days 2day i answered it and who ever was on the other end hung up i wont b picking up 2 that number anymore its doing my head in and ive had enough

I got a call today from the number, they hung up as sson as it started to ring..

I am on O2, and live in belfast, I started getting calls from this number on sat 09th, iv had several calls sence but all at times wen i'm either in work or school, which means that i have been unable to answer, but wen i have been able to they just hang up it is really begining to annoy me and i wish it would stop!!!

I just got called by this number so went to the o2 website and asked their virtual help what this number was. The response was...

"02202 is a team from O2 that are calling people to actively check their tariffs and upgrade them to a newer tariff if they wish. If you do not wish to be contacted by this team please ask them not to call you again."

Maybe it is O2 after all?

I am so angry. please dont fall for all of this. All 02202 do is have people come on here and make us think its o2. When you ask the guys at the store they will say keep away from that number.  since i my info to 02202. I have been getting 3 to 4 calls every day from companies trying to sell me things. but the wort part of it it that if you give your bank details to them they just take some money and you end up getting angry at you bank to get them to help you. PLEASE DONT ANSWER 02202 CALLS!

Several calls whcih I refuse to answer on this number

This number rung me and they said they were 02 and asked for my name and D.O.B to sign up to my sim. I am seriously regretting telling them that now, i'm screwed.

I got a missed call from this number today and googled it. Can't we just bar the number?

Just answered a call from 02202. I was asked to confirm my details, which I did, then the lady asked me to answer a few questions re the service I receive from O2 and if I was happy. She has now given me 50 free any network minutes per month for the next 3 months!

I'm the same as everyone else, I don't like to answer to numbers I don't know or if they're trying to sell me something.

I'm glad I did now. I'd advise anyone who receives a call to answer and get their freebies!

Had a phone call from that number, they know my name my surname. I thought they are from O2, asked what is my internet provider is and then started some stupid questions about my details(refused giving them info)And just that male said his pardon and hung up. Started look after that number but it is not linked to O2. can anyone give a info about that 02202 number.

For your info ken is a user. Not an 02 official. Stop ripping us off and stop the scam please!   and please dont answer as they are trying to take money and sell your data to other customers. Look at the internet. Call 02 your self. But please DONT ANSWER! will someone please report them to watchdog.

I had the call last week, it is from o2, they guy said that they were carrying reviews to make sure customers were getting the best from o2, it was partially sales based as he asked what my calling/texting patterns were and offered simplicity

it seems that not many customers may be taking the calls as he said that as I had spoken to him he could offer me a free bolt on for 3 months, so had landline 100

checked and it's been added to me account

I had calls from this number too. An Indian sales centre trying to get me to upgrade or buy another service. They offered me the 50 mins bolt on free for 3 months.

This number 02202 is an 02 number i work for 02 it is 02 outbound sales you cant call it back because its an internal number. The call is from a company called lbm it is a registered company who do 02's entire sales department as 02 dont have the man power. we have full access to all o2's systems and customer information and we only sell 02 products directly from 02 themselves www.lbm.co.uk see for urselvs

Just called O2 customer services about this. They confirmed it's their sales team calling about new tariffs and offers. Seems perfectly legit.
