02202

I have recieced to calls from this number and i couldin't understand nothing?

I have had a number of calls from this number over the last year of my contract most recently they have increased the rate in which they call. I have had a call every day of this week but I always ignore it.

I don't understand why I would need to be called to ask for bolt ons and other such deals. If I want to change something then I will go into the shop and ask for it myself.

this number has been calling me too. i picked up the phone and it claimed to be from o2. i was first a bit suspicious so went on to o2.co.uk. on this website was an automated person called ask Lucy on the website - http://asklucy.creativevirtual.com/O2/bot.htm? . i asked if this number was at all connected to o2 and it replied "02202 is a team from O2 that are calling people to actively check their tariffs and upgrade them to a newer tariff if they wish. If you do not wish to be contacted by this team please ask them not to call you again. So there is no reason the be worried!

i recived this number two times.they ask about my name ,address, and when i asked about them, they cuted the phone call.

why the f*** are you lying for ron ? I went on line on to the o2 web site to ask lucy and and it DOES NOT even known what 02202 is! So where the hell are you getting that bull [***] from?

just thought id say it is o2 sales department, just phone o2 and ask , its so much easier than scaring people ???????

the funny thing about their virtual help, its based in the same contact centre as the people calling from 02202. I know, i work there

i got one today i heard about this call so when i answered it i just told them to die and then hung up lol

i keep getting these calls also just  don't answer them they charge you if you answer sometimes. hope this helps and the problem will be resolved soon?

He said he was from 02, spoke very fast and asked for my postcode and tarriff details, i told him that i wouldn't need to tell him that info, as if he really worked at 02, he would know these things. He said; that as i am not cooperating with his security questions, this call will not be continued and promptly hung up.

Had a call from 02202 today (29/7), said they were O2 broadband and did I know about the home phone service they now supply. The lady was polite when I said I wasn't interested, don't really want these calls tho.

I also have these calls, I do no that there from Madbid because when they text me my verification code that was the number they theft me with

2wice now theyve rang me, answered once but it was dead quiet, i answered cos im waiting for replys from jobs at the moment and was worried it might be an employer. But i think it is a scam by what everyone is saying

They called me twice today, around 10am n around 3pm. I didnt answer. Its automatically saved in my fone as 'info hotline', by 02 obviously, so they should take responsibility. I cant believe 02 wont put a stop 2 this thieving of ppls personal info, bank details, n credit etc...

Twice this week. I haven't answered as I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognise. This is not funny, they best stop calling me (which is highly unlikely seeing as the records on this number date back to 2008...)

I have received a missed call today from 022 02, I can't imagine it could possibly be 02 for me as my phone is connected to a business contract, is not the main number and is not in my name - I'm assuming from the other messages in this thread that it's some sort of 'pretend 02 scam' so I'm looking forward to them ringing back for a lovely chat with me now! If they do I shall post the details.
PS if this is not 02, how are they getting away with using a similar to 02 number and scamming people?

weird guy calls me and asks me if i want some servise asks 4 my age and birthday i didnt give it to him. Really worrying me.
