I have received a missed call on 1 July 2009 at 1.36pm from this number too....I need to know who is it...

no. ini pun ada call saya.. minta detail mengenai maybank saya..

It was a call from Maybank Credit Card department, to explain why an online charge was rejected.

Ya I wonder who is that. The personal details asked was very general,to verify  ur identity, ie house address. They did not ask for passwords or anything. But I dont see any Maybank branches using a number with "2772" though.

In 21 Aug09,3.40pm, i received a call who inform me that he is calling from Maybank credit card department.Ask my ic number, home address and inform me that he will send me a form to fill in to apply the maybank credit card till now i have not receive the form from him..

i get a call from this number on 2009-09-14, she told me she is Rizleen, from Menara Maybank near Masjid Jamek. Asking me to go for an interview... That's all...

I received this number too this morning. Tried calling back but cant get thru..check with operator - Number no record! could be some scam tho!

confirmed.. it's is one of the numbers from menara maybank.

memang line maybank nyer, HQ office kat KL. kalu yg call mintak address maybe processing department (Credit Cards, Share Margin etc)...

received this call 2 times..i wasnt around..if it is true it comes from Maybank..will they call me back?hope it will bring good news to me!finger cross..

This is the Maybank general line for outgoing calls. They probably have a centralised system in which all outgoing calls will go out via a set of numbers such as this one. That's why when we call back we can't get through. It's not a direct line to anyone, and is only one of many numbers for the Maybank phone exchange.
