What I would do if I were you is this.  I would go back to school.  Learn to read.  Once I had learned to read then I would come back here and read the other posts.  I bet your answer is in there.

I received a call too form 03-2772-7500 asking why I did not paid my credit card bill from Maybank? I said is this a scam, the caller hanged up.

Pretty sure this is a scammer. Called to say there was an unauthorized charge on my credit card. But when I said it was suspicious, he quickly cut short and asked me to call the number on back of my credit card. There were no charges to my card. So I he was trying to see who actually believe he is from Maybank to get more information to scam.

From Maybank .. called to confirm if i have authorised some redemption which i did.

Just answer it and tell them when you can pay, that's all. Avoiding them might causing your name blacklisted at BNM
