Received same call last week, how long u got their email and the prize?. I'm still don't get any email .

What contest? I received an exact same number too last week, asking for my email and address to ship the prize.

It's a call from maybank credit card, to verify an unusual purchase on my credit card. So, if your bank is Maybank, better pick up the call, just in case there was a fraud purchase on your credit card, they can decline the transaction for you.

What contest did you win? I received a call from this number 2 weeks ago, the caller told me that she is from Maybank and that I have won a prize for this one particular contest (I actually did participate, so I thought the call must be legit). She then told me that an email regarding on the shipment will be sent to me and the prize will be delivered the following week. However, up until today I hear nothing from Maybank. No email, no prize delivery what so ever.

Can't tell but something to do with NFC. Don't tell anyone.

Oh.. the same MaybankPay app campaign ya? I actually received the call on 29 December 2016. The caller told me that the prize will be shipped on the following week and asked whether I will be at home on that week so that they could deliver it directly to me. So the following week after the call I waited for the email/delivery. But no email and no delivery what so ever until today. If you got any news kindly tell here ya. Thanks

yup, same campaign, already ask their cs, so it's legit call from Maybank. He/she inform me, their still wait approval from management to deliver the prize. U can pm their official fb page.

This number is from KL right? I am in KK sabah...why want to call someone from kk and why on saturday? Bank work on sat mehh?  I think this is a syndicate who cheats people!  I got a call also from some guy saying he is from RHB bank, KL number, saying someone openned a gold credit card under my name and spend some 12k. Asked me to call another number to frozen the account. But i didnt call that number instead i called RHB kk to confirm this. TRUE enough this is a FRAUD call.  DO NOT BE CONNED people...they are crooks!

But call centres of financial institution (bank, insurance company and etc.) do work on sat. Hehe..That's when we have not achieved our calls KPI, we will be asked to return to office on weekends.

They just called to confirm if you use your card or not, normally happens after you use it recently. If you don't answer, they might block your card.
