reciving calls from this number and not answering it and then call from unknown soon after and no meessage left from either one. from the other comments idont know whether to answer or not. 9 missed calls from this number in the past 7 days or so. am in queensland.dont know anyone from melbourne. and debt collectors call from private or unknown numbers so i just haven't answered yet. glad i looked up cooments on this number t be a bit prepared. thanks

ive been rang by the same number for 2 days over 20 times a day,i just blocked them,but my friends from msn messenger,2 others from different states have  had the same over the last two days as well

yeh these guys have been ringing me pretty consistently...like once a week. im pretty sure its the same guy aswell. pain in the [***]

Sick of getting calls from this number when i answered it was a recorded message saying "thank you for calling then a pause" ????? I have never called a vic number from my mobile. Would like to know how to get off this list and is any action being taken after reading so many complaints !!!!

I just got a missed call. I am with Viptel Mobile and there are not very good.
I will not sign up with them again.

They called me on the weekend, I thought it was suss as I don't know that number. called them to confirm if they knew me as I didn't give them my number.

They are VIP Tel Mobile. I am with there company it's not a scam but I wouldn't recommend joining with thee, as soon as my contract is up I will change companies.

they've called me twice in the last two days. they got my number right but the name wrong and then kept on telling me these "great" deals. the guy was asking for my name and i kept stalling him and eventually the call "cut out". i assume he knew he wasn't getting a sale out of me so he hung up. hey, if they waste my time, i'll waste theirs.

whats the go with this no? an indian man has phoned me 57 times 2day saying his name is chris trying 2 sell me a mobile, he can even speak english after telling him i was not interested he continued 2 call me as i said i have 57 missed calls from this just today, wtf? REPORT!!!!!!!

i am pretty sure this is viptel a mobile company i had a housemate over a year ago he signed up with them they sent him a new sim and a unlocked fone and the [***] never paid the bill i find out later the [***] gave them my number and name as a personal reference...they ring me looking for him and yes it does sound like the call center is in asia pacific or somewhere...they dont believe me and keep calling me if it keeps on happening ill be taking legal action..

A aisan sounding male was asking me about someone or somebody, telling them I was really excited about geting a pakage of some kind but I couldn't understand what he was tallking about so I told him I had to go and hung up on him.

Stupid Moron called me and selling LAPTOP.
It is a scam.
People stop buying things over the phone from unknown, so this people wont have any motivation to scam on our credit card.

do not join vip tel i was with them they scam your money, its direct debit so they take as much money as they want when they feel like it and after you spend a certain amount of money on your phone they cut it off before the end of the month - so much for a plan phone to use in emergancies and stuff...whats the point in paying money when you can use it whenever you need to!!!

Scam I am sure and just plain harassment dodgee I qualify for something I never applied for what crap and my TV and computer works fine so keep it

They have called me about 8 times now, always the same guy , David. Raged at him the last two times but they just don't listen.

They are a mobile company, but not worth signing up with. I made the mistake of signing with them and have regretted it since. Only been with them 4 months lol. I just rang to claim my new LCD TV and was advised I would have to ring back as they where having "technical" difficulties and I would have to ring back later, go figure! Stay clear of this company!

Heyy, i also signed up with them.. They are not as bad as they seem although.. i would advise others not to sign up.. i have been with them for about 6-8 months now.. Was gaurenteed to receive a rewards card thing after 6 weeks and an LCD television after 4 bills.. After my 3rd bill they offered me a reward sim card for 9$ a month with 300$ credit, so i got it for my partner, and he did go over which that didnt bother me but, they barred both my sim cards so i couldn't even use mine which still had like 500$ credit and when i rang to get it unlocked they unlocked my partners, who i wouldnt let use until the new month but wouldn't unlock mine.. Beats me as to why they didnt do it the other way around.. Recently they took twice my bill out of my account and I was told at least two weeks till i could get my money back.. And as far as the LCD television goes, still haven't received it, I've claimed it.. Most probable the only reason I agreed to this thing was for the TV as I don't actually have one lol.. But, still waiting and each time I ring they tell me the same thing, "you will be receiving it in the net 7-10 working days, I'm sorry I know how you feel".. If I don't receive my TV in the net 2 weeks I will be cancelling and just paying the fees. My partner has now how to get another plan for both of us because everytime i get my sim reconnected it is barred within 12 hours again... And, i don't kno if i mentioned lol, i didn't receive my reward discount card or whatever
