I got a call and they said the exact same thing, I asked my friend about it and he said he did give them my number, I was so pissed off. Mainly because I told them to cram it up there [***] and hung up, then the guy from VIP called me back and started abusing me and yelling at me and I was telling him im not interested, then he started speaking even louder to cut me off. Who the [***] thinks they are gonna make sales acting like that?

the same thing happened to me  i kept saying i was not intersested and they keep ringing  it was dodgy wat they offered as i have a pre paid phone and it would cost me more by buying there phone  and they would not explain how u can win an x box...wats that got to do with phones.  i am sick of them ringing  i just ignore it now.

this number calls me then as soon as I answer they hang up. Wierd

They just called me, i wasted 38 minutes of his life and let him know the New "samsung fhg-480i" is horrible as its for one a samsung and 2 you cant change the apn's and its locked to the optus network. then he tried to offer me a 2700 classic nokia phone, i just roflol'd at him as its litterally worth 20 bucks brand new and the initial price of 29 bucks was a rip off, he then went on to tell me about a 10.1" laptop even though no other details where said about it, you had to be on the "contract" for 4 months first before "being eligible" if you get 3 ppl to sign up you get a free 3g ipad (paperweight) or something like that, i dont trust this company with 5 cents let alone give them Any identifiable information!

iv worked it out, 29 bucks for the first 14 days, after that its 50 bucks each month plus the 29 bucks plus the 9 if you wanted a laptop aswell locked in for 2 years, the thing is with optus turbo charge it only costs them 10 bucks a month credit (lil bit more) so in all its just a money making scheme, pyramid if you include the other people you get involved. No cancellation fee BUT usage charges for the next 2 years worth. thus making you legally bound to owing them over $2000

This number said they where from a phone compony (03) 99360500 and if people said another  compony then it is probably a scam because it does sound like it because when the guy called they said that Steve said that I would like the deal, BUT WHO THE HELL IS STEVE. I bet they are getting Indians with no working visa and just calling us so they can buy their visa.

SO WHAT EVER YOU, DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL GET TO THE STAGE TO TAKE YOUR PHONE SECUIRTY CODE AND CHANGE IT.

has any1 received the iphone 4 giving out numbers?

Just had a missed call from this number today at work, thought it was weird a Victorian number was calling me......... clearly a bunch of dodgy c****s, still my first call that i'm aware off.... next time they call i'll pick up & see what i can find out

they rang me up this morning but wasn't able to answer it. since i am unfamiliar with this kind of number, i googled it and found this site.. haha so now i know they're scammers! i won't ever pick it up if they call me again.

These people have been calling me for a few years now. I've gotten so sick of it. If i find out where these calls are coming from, don't hold me responsible for what happens to them. I have just had it. They keep telling me someone called "Diana" gave them my number. I know no such person. The only way i could stop them was to download a call blocker for my phone. Easy solution if you have a Symbian OS.

this number just rung me and all i said was hello then it sounded like a machine that just said goodbye and they hung up ?? wtf can anybody actually tell me wat 2 do ??

Been called twice in the last 2 days by this number. Ignored it the first time, because I don't usually answer numbers I don't know, but answered yesterday because i recognised the number from the day before. Somehow they knew my name, but I haven't given anyone my number recently except my university. Connection was poor, but sounded like they were trying to sell something.

a few of my friends went into their deals about a year ago. One of them gave them my number even though i told them not to. A year on and i'm still getting bloody calls and my friend got scammed by false overdue claims and dodgy products! They have had cases against them and have been reprted toaccc a few times

I am getting a call every evening  from this number (0399360500). I never answered this number... I knew this is a scam coz the number look funny!! OZ should block this number..!!

Also got calls from this mob, missed all of them, thankfully. As I didn't recognize the number I did a google search, found all of your postings and have since blocked their number on my phone and will be telling friends and family about these dodgy characters. I've just realized that all of your posts are 2009 and these people are still active in 2010!

Keep on calling my mobile,  as for Apple, Billy, Cindy, Daniel, Eugene, Fanny. ...

He quoted my first name correct but quoted my sister's name incorrect. Have had a number of calls from this number & I just hang up

Called again 2x today and several times this week.

i never pick it up omg..im glad i google the number...wats a bunch of aimless losers...
