Chapman was on watchdog again last night. Twice in 3 weeks. There's another film of him next week getting busted by BBC film crew.

I worked for britsh solar for 8 months and loved the place. It's a call centre after all and so yes they push you to work hard but they also helped you if you had a problem. With regards to the views on Brad chapman if you choose to believe rumours without personally knowing him you're as small minded as anyone else that thinks they knows the ins and outs of a company just from half hours footage. They provided jobs for a lot of people who had nothing else going for them and anyone caught harassing people over the phone was immediately dismissed. You have good reviews and bad reviews about any company just look at your own energy suppliers or bank. I'm pretty sure they'll be a lot of mixed emotions about them. You can't believe everything that's portrayed in the media, you'll only see what they want you to quite evidently.

il second that, brad wasn't such a bad bloke he was just a bit a kid and he got carried away, i worked for him as a rep there for over a year. , out of all those hundreds of hours of footage and thousands of customers and the best they got was that they managed to guide an old lady to say that she 'might' of spent some the money on her funeral if she hadn't bought solar panels. they caught the trainer explaining how she heard one rep tell a silly story about how he nearly ran over a kid, she wasn't actually suggesting that anyone else used the stupid excuse. they managed to catch a rep in house who  didn't know wha the was doing, they caught a rep bragging on how he convinced the son of the old couple to not cancel the job (why didn't the son just say -no thanks?!) they over heard some idiotic telesales people talking about working along side the government to get the foot in the door. they keep saying that somehow they were forcing people to sign up, what a load of crap. to place an order you had to agree to the contract and price, then you had a surveyor come over a few days later, in the meantime i think they called the customer around 3 or 4 times, first to make sure you got the brochure and they still want to proceed, second they booked the survey, thirdly to make sure they were still happy to have the installation and then again the night before the installation to confirm a time. at any point during this time the customer could of cancelled as on the back of the contract it said you have 14 days to cancel.

But watchdog have films which make British Solar and bradley Chapman look way less than legit!

Just sayin but didn't watchdog say the "sell at all costs morals lead by bradley Chapman ran through the company like a stick of rock?????"

What are the names of the companies that have started up in Brentwood and Billericay of the back of British Solar - does anybody know who is running them?

Thank you for posting this information again Bradley but once again we are not interested in these other companies it's you we are interested in. We understand that you would like to divert all this attention in other peoples direction but this won't help your situation.

Forced? Those customers all had 3 points of contact before the rep went round the house.
70-80 or not they are grown adults and can simply put the phone down, or if they really didn't want the appointment, on the sales confirmation they could just cancel the appointment.
None of those customers are forced, no one made them pick up a pen and sign the contract. This is an absolute joke.
Robert Jackson kept people's deposits and held onto people's money who have cancelled there order, that's the only bad thing, brad didn't have any input in that, follow rob, brad was like he said 'just a motivator'
