This number is still circulating.  It was the last number who called me yesterday when I dialled 1471, but the caller hung up when my answering machine clicked in.

Just received a call from this number saying they had a message for me and that they can now repeat it ...couldn't even understand it..cant understand as i'm x directory to

I had this number call me 5 times between 12.00 midnight and 00.30am. Turned off phone to stop them. Found this website and have taken Henrys advice and turned off the service. Keeping fingers crossed. Why is this nuisance call allowed to continue?????

After googling this number I decided to report it to the ICO - the more complaints they receive, they quicker they will address the problem.

I received a call this evening around 7 pm  asking me to ring 07953 966066 - I listened to it again and decided none of my friends had such an odd number so I deleted.it.

landline- Just had a pre-recorded voice message pretending to pass on a  message from a relative saying "Hi mom hope your ok "
and to return call press 3
must admit I nearly fell for it thinking it could be my sister
but no its just a scam call -- Do not phone back even if your curious
 

We received a call yesterday evening and when I picked the phone up it said we have a "text" message.  Rang the number back and just got a garbled message.

I've been reading these comments about this number 07953966066 and people have been receiving calls since 2007 I've just got a call at 12.30am I was in the bath at the time so missed it but dialed 1471 how weird gonna try a reverse charge call it back haha

4.30 AM this morning I had a call from 07953966066, informing me of a message from sixline text services  I was asked to text my name to 27777 to be able to register, the system would call me  to record my name.  Following which I would be able to send messages to ??????  I HAVEN'T A CLUE WHO OR WHERE THIS NUMBER IS FROM.

Why can't the relevant watch dog or network stop these calls? It shows they're concerned with making money and NOT a service for non-scamming customers.

Got call last night at 8.30pm. I do not answer unnamed numbers. I always check out this site on new numbers, the sick-o who has this no must not have a life but a large text limit !!!!! The most pages of reports of any numbers I have investigated and going back years.
If the owner of this number checks out their 'feedback' on this site.  my message to you is get a life and hope you have a lot of pain in your thumbs from texting, as you are a pain in the [***] to a lot of us who work hard and just try to get on with our own lives in peace.  Everyone else have a good day.

i have just sent the police round to my exs as used personal information, and just changed my no on police advice so it wasnt him?? but he just text me few mins after so confused.

Called earlier today when I was out. Cannot believe there have been complaints about this number going back over six years. Why, in this age of amazing technology, can't the service to that number simply be stopped?

It is someone who knows I have recently been ill as thay said "they hoped I was feeling better". It is an automated line and I knew straight away it was a BT line even before I entered the number into the search engine.

Automated answerphone message saying to call this number immediately.  

Got a garbled message from this number too, Im really surprised the number hasn't been barred and cannot work out the reasons behind this.

My shonky sense was tingling and it looked liked I was right - premium rate call-back scam?

As the poster above says, why has this continued for 7 years and not been closed down.
