Just been woken up to landline call 4.01 A.M some garbled message from an unrecognisable girls voice asking to meet up soon I'd love to meet up right now stupid cow

Phoned me from this number, 10:30 ish, recorded message said they had a text message for me, garbled message, wanted me to call a number (can't recall it). More scammers?

I agree with others - this is a genuine call giving details of a text message. Received one yesterday from a friend - though didn't notice it till today as it was blocked by my BT phone system (which has True Call technology).

 I got a call from 07953966066 at 07.45 reading out a text message but sent from a person who understands the routine of texting their name on first line.

Called from this number to my landline, twice while out. When I answered the third call a computer generated voice said I had a text message from 07966 219715. The message was "you alright? XX". This is clearly a text facility and prbably sent to a wrong number.

Call (BT Textline) 0800 587 5252 and option 5 to turn off all sms messages to your phone.

Number given via text message on back of 08008004525 when called mobile to request no more calls was called an f****** b**** and much worse - reported to BT and police

This number is NOT, repeat NOT a spam or cold calling number. It is a legitimate text-to-voice service. It happens usually when someone is texting a landline number (sometimes by accident). I've had many friends and colleagues send me messages by accident. Listen to the message carefully. I think there are some false postings on here that have never received a call from the number. It is actually a useful service. Shame the providers don't promote it properly.

Seems to be a text-to-voice service. Just got a message (hard to decipher) from a friend asking me to add him on snap-chat. I'm guessing he accidentally sent a text to my land line rather than my mobile. Blocked this number anyway because I find crappy text-to-voice calls annoying.

Had a call from this on my landline. Called back on my mobile and it's some messaging service, asked me to record my name but I hung up.

07953966066 called at 0:36 on today saying there was a message from this number and to press 1 to get it

Thank you for this i also got a call at 10.30pm. Could not make it out, absolute rubbish.
My advice to anyone don't ring back just block and delete.

I got this number called me at 6 this morring don't know who it is tho

Hiya I got the same number call me on my house phone at 6 this morring but no1 was there but it told me to press 1 for MGM

I received a call to my landline at 6.38 this morning with an automated 'text message' - hung up when referred to 'bandsaw' . At 10.00am a call came through with no voice when connected. Hung up immediately but it did not cut off the connection or allow me to 1471. Resorted to removing phone connection for 10 minutes and line was free again. Did not listen to end to hear source of call.

Received call at 2335 at night. Extremely unusual and thought it was family emergency. Voice mail message just said "hi how are you". Sender must have either found a way to circumnavigate Truecall or deliberately ignored the greetings message. Number now blocked for good.
