THIS IS 02 SAYING THEY COULD DO A CHEEPER CONTRACT FOR ME AT £8.00 A MONTH WHILE I ONLY TOP-UP £20.00 EVERY 3-4 MONTHS ON PAY AS YOU GO. TRYING TO GET YOU TO GO ONTO CONTRACT. PAIN IN THE NECK.

If you look in to the TPS you'll see that it actually only protects you from sales calls not marketing or research calls. And if a company uses random digit dialing (as a lot of them do) it doesn't matter what list you're on to "protect" your number - your number exists therefore it can be dialed. It sucks but that's just the way it is :/

I am getting calls from this number 08000641087 and I want them to stop they are unnecessary and a waste of time.

Can someone help me and stop this number ringing me I've had loads of calls already im an 02 customer I can't seem to block this number

This number 08000641087 is not calling on behalf of O2 like they tell you they are. I have genuinely spoken to O2 tonight, and they say O2 do not ask you for your bank details and security code, the above number tryed to get this information from me earlier, O2 says its a FRAUD CALL to get your details .....

Missed calls from this number on my mobile, I did get a voice message from one of the missed calls suggesting my mailbox wasn't secure and I must change my pin number, surely that must be O2? I am not doing anything though, my mailbox can stay as it is.

I have just called the number and the voice message says sorry but we have been unable to connect you to O2, what is going on?

These are calling me four times a day I don't answer 0800 numbers but they will not quit.  How can I stop them they are driving me mad

got a call today one straight after the other but when I answered they cut off

Also, sales calls from a company that you have an existing relationship with and their agents are legit and allowed under TPS rules. If this is as it seems an agency ringing on behalf of O2 (or Orange, EE, or any of the other networks previously mentioned in this thread) and you are a customer of one of these networks, then annoying as it is, they're not breaking the rules.

I did have calls from 08000 013 6674 to my mobile a month or so ago. This site told me that it was LBM Marketing, after rejecting the calls a few times, they stopped calling. The number used in this thread, (also LBM?) has just started ring my wife's mobile. I'll tell her to give it the same cold shoulder treatment.

Hi I had the same happen to me so I downloaded an app called  true caller it's brilliant you can block all the numbers you don't know your phone will attempt to ring then stop and you get a message saying  true caller has blocked this number.
give it a try I never get bombarded any more
