1. explain to me how asking d.o.b or last two of you mothers maiden surname can effect your account?
2. only time we ring non barclays customers is business accounts
3.if info is wrong for LEGAL reasons we can't continue the call
4.TPS is for cold calling companies not your bank due to it been a legitimate company plus you are a barclays customer and not wanting a new kitchen PLUS if anything was wrong with the account we could contact customers.
5. barclays branches know we do call our customers.
6.souniding unprofessional is clearly an opinion you have

I do not have, nor have I ever had, any dealings with Barclays Bank.

I have never had any product from them, of any description.

This is a sales cold call, to people registered on the TPS, who have nothing to do with Barclays Bank.

I would suggest that this may well be fraudsters attempting to elicit personal details.

Got a call from this number today, when I called it back it says it was from Barclays about developments I might be interested in, I dont have a barclays account also this call was on my mobile.

Additionally, by asking for me by name, they definitely have the right person.

if your referring to myself and no one else on here i work for barclays as i stated before only time we "cold call" is if a customer has a business else were which probably means it was not Barclays as i work internally for 5 years i know the process.
