2. next time someone rings again can be removed again takes 4 weeks  But  must go threw security with it been on the phone.

or if u have 3rd party access to your mums account you can do it

I've had 3 calls from this number on my old number over the last 2 days. I would like to know who they are please. I've not been answering my old phone because I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Thanks :-)

we dont leave voice mails just incase your not the correct persona and we wouldnt want anyone to know you have a relationship with barclays bank.

received a call from this number today - said she's Karen from Barclays and just wanted to talk about my account !!!  No way.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer they hang up.  Getting really p'd off now!!!

we have a limit of how long we can ring for it maybe that we have just pressed the button as you have answered its unfortunate.

Hi,i receve call from this number,says is barclays bank,but i do not have barclays.

They have been trying to call me for some time. Finally spoke to some guy who said he was a 'account manager', he asked for my third/fith etc password letters. First off I asked him what is a 'account manager' he started laughing and mumbled something about looking after my account(s). I laughed at him and told him to go try some other mug. He hung up.

Well, this might get confusing.
I get several different numbers calling me every week, but this one really gets me mad. My name is NOT Samantha Tyrell, but they often ask for her and claim to be from Inland Revenue, Barclays and something else I can't remember the name of. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
Just told one caller who asked for Ms.flamin' Tyrell to STOP CALLING I dont know her and to take me off their database,  and I have told them before several times to stop. She had a very annoying nasel candian accent (yes I know a canadian accent when I hear one) and honestly, I will scream down the phone next time.

sounds like its not Barclays as we only as for last 2 of mothers maiden name not anything else oh and d.o.b

If anyone calls you and asks for information to prove who you are tell them that you know who you are and ask them to prove to you who they are!!!! I do this all the time and it throws them........I did this with this number which is a call center working for Barclays.

Grant no offence but how would this "throw" us as we offer to any customer proof of who we are and that we are calling from barclays and to be fair how do we know who you are it could be a wrong number or if a mobile it could have been stolen?????

Barclays after sales I presume. Seems to be onward selling for additional Barclay's products. I've already told them on the Gloucester based number that I already have Barclaycard, merchant services etc and the caller usually states that my account manager indicated I wanted additional services.

I guess once you're on the list it's difficult to decline further calls.

I don't mind, but since I have all the services already and deal with my business manager directly it seems a bit of a waste. But if it's giving someone a job, I guess the economy needs it.

seems it may b barclaycard and not barclays not sure if your aware but barclays and barclay card are different companies so if you have services with one does not mean services with barclays ourselves.
