my pensioner father as just had £99.99 pounds taken from his bank acount after purchasing a steam cleaner from pitch TV please be aware that pitch pass on your personal finance details even if you decline theiving bastardsmy dad is a pensioner and 78 years old

My mum just got her credit card statement and £99.99 was taken from her card, following buying a paint pad from Pitch Tv. Hers was set to come out every month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The credit card has been cancelled and they are re-issuing a new card... We are now about to try and get it back, how do you do that? The credit card people say that it's her responibilty to chase it up. ??????????

Phone the number. Tell them you didn't ask for or receive discount vouchers and you want your money refunded. Thats what I did and they paid up staight away.
(I still cancelled my card just in case)

i was put in touch with the companies classic living and poundsaver through a company called zestify in bangor n. ireland , when i ordered videos from time life they offered me vouchers  etc , i cancelled it the next day on both , they still took £1.60 admin fee which is worrying as they know my bank details and i  now feel that i should change my bank details

ive just done the same throw mastercard  took 89.95  aguring with mastercard  poundsavers  thank you
havent even used them REPORT IT TO WATCHDOG  ALL THE BEST CLAIRE

hello  ive been doing some homework, about poundsaver, its run by encore card marketing ltd
its a small tick the box on paying for goods  you dnt realize until you get stuff throw the post  money off
vouchers etc  but they dnt tell you on the original site, any mail order ie mine was zestifyed .com dvd cd  company , but there is a get out 30 days, idid cancel but they still took 89.95 off my card 2 months later,  we have rights

I just got two payments taken out of my account one for 1.60 and another one for 99.95!!!!! Poundsaver who is this people?...not only that because they took the money from a credit card that I never use, I got a late payment for 12 quid!!!!!

Calling the number given but no answer, I guess they are now taken a nice deserved break on the Caribbean with my money!!!!!!!!!!!

To whom can we sue this peole?

what a joke, i rang up to say i didnt authorise my money to be taken out of my account, they asked for my card details (errr no i am not going to do that) and so i gave my address and had no record and for me to get my bank to contact them! go away you scrouging people.... i dont work my ass off for them to take money out of my account for nothing! i think they need something done about these people... bank contacted re fraud and i think i will ring the police regarding it and BBC and my local newspaper god know who else they have taken money off! you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Just checked my bank and £89.95 taken for Pound Saver and £39.95 taken for Classic Living.  Don't know who these are !!  Banks now shut and cant do anything till Tuesday hope they dont take any more. will contact police to report this. Robbing B*********ds.  Where did these people get my information i do not buy anything off shopping channels or over the phone.

Tried to use my mastercard last night and found that it was blocked.  On speaking to them they informed me that it was a security check and asked about various purchases i had made that day and then asked about a transaction of 99.95 to poundsaver that had been taken late yesterday.  I found out today that there was also another transaction for 1.60 to poundsaver.  I was not aware of this scam until they let slip a phone number that was alongside these transactions.  When I googled the phone number I found this site.  Why has it taken so long for this to be stopped.  It is obvious that the security check was not a random one and why did the bank not state that this was a suspected fraud  transaction that is well known to them.  Now have to wait for new cards to be issued which causes a lot of inconvenience!!!!!!!!

i have just phoned this number and asked why £99.99 was taken from my account they told me that i bought something from pitch tv in october(true) they said that i was asked at the time of purchase if i wanted to join this membership club i told them i had declined and was TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NOW CANCELLED THE MONEY AND WOULD REFUND MY ACCOUNT I WILL BE WATCHING MY ACCOUNT OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS WILL POST AGAIN IF I GET ANYWHERE

To stop all problems of accounts getting money illegally  withdrawn for the so called memberships should you notsend a FORM FOR PEOPLE TO SIGN,then sent back to you then site wouldnt be here and nobody could complain ,OH but you would probably not have a job because NOBODY in there right mind would sign up to something the they arent sure off

are then deducting £1:60 ( as if any one would use a card for this amount)then next deduction is
£99:95   bothpayments to POUND SAVER  GET on to your  bank and they will send form to recover your money from THE THIEVING *********

I rang the number you left on your message and they have cancelled it and will be refunding me back the money.  Ive also had my debit card cancelled just in case what a palava but it been sorted.  Im very grateful to you for you info.  Thanks gain.

Poundsaver are a con and, although obliged, to refund you - they will still sting you with the £1.60. The best way to deal with these charges is to phone them up and demand a refund; contacy your credit card provider and cancel your card (otherwise you will be charged again next year) and request a new one. I am saddened that the card suppliers - who are very aware of this situation - are still allowing charges to be made on their customers cards. It is a con and is fraud and should be dealt with accordingly. Probably better to cancel your credit card altogether and seek out another provider.
