0800 096 2925 is this the company no?

2 payments taken from my credit card both under the name classic living.
Bank put me through to this telephone number.
I told them they had taken 2 payments and l would like to know what it was for.
The guy told me i had purchased it when buying something else - it was vouchers.
I asked him what company l had been buying from when this was offered.
He told me I had purchased from Ted Baker and accepted the offer then.
I pointed out l had not been offered or accepted this vouchers scheme and that I had never purchased anything from Ted Baker online or off. He offered to refund the money which would take 10-15 days.
I have again spoken to the credit card company and given them all the details as l have NEVER purchased anything from Ted Baker. Hopefully the money will be refunded or l will be back on to the credit card company for them to chase it.

I have had the same thing happen to me. I reported it to the bank only to be told that it isn't fraud. I managed to get through to pound savers customer service and they said that they would refund the money and cancel my membership. I said what membership? I only ordered some tanning wipes. I never agreed to anything it received anything from them. Guess what.... The money hasn't been refunded.

My bank have contacted me to say that no fraud has been committed even though I told  them  that I had not given permission for pound savers to take money from my account. I have now been in touch with them through customer services and they told me that they would cancel my membership. I said what membership? They said they would refund the money. Guess what? They haven't.

do NOT be fooled by his words... having "co.uk" on the statement is not necessary as that merely is for the website and not always part of the company name (unless they are only internet based - i.e lastminute.com, paypal.com etc

unfortunately, there is no contact details on that page, but obviously they are available somewhere, hence him being irate about people that have contacted him. Whether he had a business partner and split with him, or has a competitor  I don't know, but they seem to be diverting people to a different company named L-ev8.

just to clarify, what I meant was, I am unsure whether this person has been contacted on this same number or a different number. But if it is the same number we have had missed calls from, then surely it cannot be somebody else?!

Just found out that Poundsaver have ripped me for 12 months taking hundreds out of my bank robbing [***] I will get it bak contacting watch dog and I be reporting to trading standards. And I be calling Monday morning to have it with them I get the money bak they ain't getting away with it.

They had hundreds off me aswell. Wat bank you with mines barcleys they told me to ring pound saver to get refund bak mine was going out my account for 12 months only just relised now.

Poundsaver took £99.95 @£151.55 I will never use my card again@close my Barclays account .

Do you think, Grant Ford, we'll ever give you your money back. You gave it up willy-nilly. Game ball for me ;)
