- E & mA bit of advice to anyone who's thinking of making a purchase from the tv ad vestify for maybe some CDs which sound very good as a gift or to keep. Be aware that if you do then be prepared to have at least £100 to be taken out of the account around 11 months later,! It's not a crime what this company is doing , if that we're the case they would have been taken out before now, . What they ask when a order is being placed is "are you willing to accept promotions in the future " by agreeing the customer is agreeing to membership at a cost however the cost is never mentioned by the salesperson. This fee will be in the form of a £1.60 followed by £89.00 or £99.00 . However if any body sorry I mean when people are caught all they have to do is contact them TROUGH their bank and request the amount is placed back in the account it was taken from ASAP to which they will agree. This is where they don't break any law. However the people who don't notice the deductions vestify are quids in. The best advice I can give to anybody is quite simple really NEVER make the silly mistake of ever making that bad call to any tv ad. Because if you do in time you WILL regret it ...........

I have no doubt they will but it's the high percentage of people who just right it off who this company exploits. The bank knew but did not assist.Santander, rubbish.Hope this helps.

- MichelleI have been scammed . The tele no. Doesn't exist . Help, what do I do to get my money back?
- Michelle replies to AlexHi Alex and Zara
I've read a few complaints regarding this scam and apparently it's linked to when you bought items on shopping channels. I rang the old no and it was a dead line. Have you spoken to someone on the no you have rung. I've read that when you complain to your bank your name is linked to the transaction and there's nothing you can do to get your money back. Apparently others appalled by this scam say you've appenently agreed to some vouchers to be sent to your address and it looks like junk mail and you have to opt out in order for the money not to be taken out of your bank/credit card. Hope someone can help me get my money back . - MichelleHeavenlyCharm 02:44 PM 11-25-2011
Would just like to draw your attention to this company especially if you've ever bought anything from a TV shopping channel.
When you'd have bought something, they'd have asked if you wanted to receive a free information pack for vouchers to save money on your grocery shopping etc. You'd then have X amount of days to cancel this but it turns out they hadn't been cancelling and taking money out of people's accounts - 2 payments of £1.60 and £99.95 (this has gone up each year).
One company had given details to Poundsaver to take money out accounts without permission.
Now my mum had received the info pack and did phone up to cancel but going through her bank statements she found she's been getting charged for the last 3 years.
Initially she went to the bank thinking someone had cloned her card and the bank refunded her but will be taking this money out again because it is in her name etc.
If you have found out this company has been taking money out your account, you need to phone the freephone number 08001077333 and tell them you want a refund. Unbelieveably they'll still ask if you want these vouchers and end up charging you over £100 for this pleasure so just be firm and tell them you're not interested.
There's been a lot of people complaining about this https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/08001077333
Mum had cancelled her card and informed the fraud department at the bank so they're trying to figure out what to do at the moment.
This is the company taking the money PoundSaver | Membership Clubs | Encore Card Marketing
It's unfortunate this guy has the poundsaver domain poundsaver.co.uk: pound saver which has nothing to do with it
Will reply when the money is repaid. The last entry on whocallsme looks promising though as says took 2 days. I'd read it all and told mum about them being really rude to some people when they called to prepare her but luckily she got someone nice.
A good lesson to check your bank statements thoroughly. Mum's expecting almost £300 to be repaid!

ABOVE IS WHAT I READ REGARDING THIS APPAULING SCAM - Michelle replies to steve| 2 repliesMessage to Steve 2010 - they are taking the money out if our accounts without us accepting a 30 day trial or phoning who ever with a password. The certainly don't have a password from me to take £99. I don't get a wage but work a 10/12 hour days five days a week to make my business grow with no hand outs from the uk government, I wouldn't agree to anyone stealing £99 pound from me when I don't have it in the first place
