- GrannyKeep calling me asking for someone who has never lived at this address, I keep telling them this but do they listen? No they don't.
- MikeThese asshats are calling my landline about 6 times a day. Answer phone is always in yet they continue to ring and never leave a message.
Virgin my provider have said they can change my number, but nice had this number for 12 years and never had a problem until now, so why would I change?
It's harassment is what it is - my next option is to report this company to the police for just that, harassment, and then sue the company for anxiety and stress due to them calling daily from 6am up until 11pm at night.
If I was to so that to a personal caller, I would be charged with harassment myself so why are these cowboys any different?- Caller: Scot-Call
- paul replies to ClairI must have had 30+ calls from these, all asking for "Prem Rattan" (that's not me). Every time they say they'll remove my number but today, again, I got a voicemail asking for Prem Rattan to call 0844 8578 573. Wouldn't hold your breath waiting for them to delete your number.
- KevenJust had a call from these texts asking for an Alison Stevenson. Over the past couple of years I've had a couple of hundred calls from various debt collection firms asking for her or Alison Steadman. I know tell them if they contact me again they will be charged £100 per phone call with legal action for non payment. How do you stop these people?

- AmlwchCall received from ScotCall this morning; asking a "Matthew Williams" to call a given 0845 number. No such person has ever lived at my address; and my landline number is unchanged since the early 1970s. This is a repeat event. I have emailed the caller, ScotCall, (a debt collection agency based in Glasgow) and asked them to remove my number from their records. It may be that when an applicant for credit is asked for a landline number, the number given is accepted without verification; and then similarly accepted when bad debt is referred to a debt collector.

I have complained to Ofcom and emailed Scot call using a disposable Email address asking them to remove my number and informing them I will make further complaints to Ofcom should this continue

- OTWMessage on my answering machine yesterday (11/1/2014) from these clowns; asking for a Matthew Williams to call them quoting ref 50167439. This was the latest of a long list of such calls. I emailed them after a call on December 2nd, and explained that no such person has ever lived at this address, or had access to my telephone number. Obviously, they don't care, and feel that they are entitled to make a nuisance of themselves by harassing third parties. I am about to report this to the ICO.
