ive been rung several times and its from kingscross hospital dundee breathing classes , its used by most n.h s hospitals in scotland for contacting patients/outpatients , to check on there well being after treatment and outpatient classes

Have looked up this number and it seems to be the mobile company 3. they might have got you and others numbers as other mobile companies like orange sell numbers to other companies

This number was from NHS podiatry department when I got a call from this number.

Although this number does not allow call backs it was a perfectly valid NHS number from Podiatry but sometimes yu get it for district nurses as well, NHS seem to use it for all sorts and this number is not a scam number and it should be answered. I have now plumbed the number into my mobile with a name "NHS" so I know for future.

Call received on mobile and house number today just after 09.00, didn't answer however when I called the hospital about an appointment i have next week I was advised that this is an automatic reminder call to confirm your appointment for the following week. You only get the message if you answer the call they don't leave messages. Hope this helps.

This number is an NHS number and I had 3 calls to both my cell phone and land lines. It is for consultants to use for patient contact but does not accept incoming calls. My call was from a specialist who needed to contact me urgently, so reject it at your peril !!

I am fed up with getting calls from this number apparently a Doctors surgery in Glasgow trying to contact a person that use to own my mobile telephone number. I have repeated told them that the person they are trying to contact in not on my number, they reply ' Iam sorry I will update our records'.  They do not update they records as every week I get constant calls from them.  This is very annoying because they do not listen to what I am saying

This may well be a number used by the NHS but I think some clever person has cloned it because the calls I got from this number are not from the NHS, they are cold calls from a call centre.

This number is an automated appointment reminder service from the NHS depending on which trust you are under, Glasgow/Lanarkshire/Renfrew etc, it calls to check if you are keeping the appointment or not.

Received a call from this number today. NHS Edinburgh confirming that I would be attending a forthcoming hospital appointment.
