Just 10 min back I got a call from xyz and they told I have won 7 days holiday for 4 ppl spain and some other places ..Flight and free nights .
Told me to ring up immediately 08009889900 with their given reference number.
DO u guys believe this ???

I called up the number just now they told ..they cant offer because I dont own a house.Its very strange and upsetting as well :-)

Caller stated we had won a holiday in Europe when asked what the 'catch' was he stated there was not one and all that was required was a one off payment of £29:99 when we rang the 0800 number quoting a reference number PSEC36H133A. Obviously a con as we have not entered any competition.

Advising that I have 'won'a free holiday for up to 4 people.  Need to attend a one to one consultation before being given destination etc.

Got a call saying I'd won the comp for an all expenses paid holiday for 4 to Florida. He congratulated me and quoted my email address!!!!
Was given ref no. ACXH135A and told to call 0800 988 9900 for further info. Wasn't convinced as I could hear a very busy call centre in the background.
So Googled the telephone no. and saw all these other notices save myself lots of time and money.
If they call again I will act daft and keep them on the line. Wasting their time and money. Please all do the same.

Got a call this morning saying i had filled in a questionare and won a holiday, but they said it was in Scotland or Cornwall, cheeky monkeys!!!!!
Told i would also get high street vouchers if i called the number within the hour. Googled the number first and found this site.
Don't think i'll bother calling now.

Just got a similar call from CLC saying I had entered a review for a hotel at the beginning of the year, I don't remember doing so, and saying I had won a holiday but I had to pay the airport tax and gave me 08009889904 to call and quote a reference number.
Why would I need to call another number to claim if they have all my details already? I could hear a bunch of people in the background making similar calls.
Very suspect, not going to call them.

When I was called and told I had been awarded a holiday I was very sceptical but agreed to attend. Not only did I recieve the holiday promised but also recieved gift vouchers for attending. The holiday was luxury and definately worth the effort. I did not purchase anything at all and had a fantastic holiday. Thank you Club la Costa!

I googled this number out of curiosity just to see what sados there are out there its funny how hardly none of you know what the hell you are talking about. 99% of you have not been to the exhibition and from reading all the crap you put you haven’t even made a phone call to this number, yes you must be cautious but if you morons actually listened to the person on the other end of the phone what they say you get is what you get, I know I have been I had a lovely holiday to Tenerife for £29.50 booking fee and £35 airport tax and you don’t pay any money until you actually book your holiday, all for two hours of my time on top of that I received £50 worth of Argos vouchers.
To sum it up if you want a luxury holiday what you got to loose take my word I did and it is well worth it

Points to note
1 when I phoned I was awarded the holiday not told that I have won it
2 listen to what they tell you
3 go to the exhibition
4 take your holiday and have a bloody good time

And looking at some of the comments on here regarding owning your own property it might be how they keep the resorts in such luxury by keeping out all the old pikey low life.  Just a thought

Got a call on my mobile to say I had won a holiday in Spain, flights etc for 4 people. All I had to pay was £29.50 each. I asked if it was time share and any strings attached and she was very evasive. Gave me 08009889900 and said someone was waiting on my call and I had to ring within the hour. She said they got my information from a survey I had completed??
Funny how they don't send you anything out in writing always try and phone. This will be to put you off gaurd by using words like you have won and nothing to pay except in the first sentence, in the hope you will not really listen to the rest of what they are saying.

She said i have won 7 days holiday to Spain all expenses paid except i need to bring  money for my food, also I need to call 08009889900 for more details b4 7.30 pm, hmmm it seems everyone here got the same call hahahahaha

Had a call today asking if I had recently participated in a "market research survey" at Alicante airport which I had. It seemed genuine at the time. I was told that I had won free flights and 1st class accomodation for 4 anywhere in Europe for 4 people, valid for 18 months. All I had to do was.....you've guessed it, "call 08009889900" and details would be sent out to me. Somehow I couldnt get excited about it, as I am a born sceptic. Decided to Google it. What a good idea. I am now looking forward to them calling again so that I can waste as much of their time as possible.

When I started to ask him question like ''Is this a timeshare Scam'' he said no not at all, just phone 0800 988 9900 and quote this reference number.''

It was obvious he was reading from a script, because whenever I tried to ask any questions about the holiday he just said the other department would answer my questions, and tried to close the conversation.

This is one prize I definately will be giving a miss.

Now will have to remember how to block their number.
