    billed me 3 times my usual monthly bill. THEN take the payment TWICE in 3 days. So i asked for 1 payment back and now i get call from this number and no one picks up.

    i too got a call from this number and so i called vodafone customer services its their technical team one person said but when i answered no one spoke. but ask them to cancell all marketing calls and it should stop.

    I've never been a Vodafone customer - except on a previous work mobile.  
    So why am I getting calls?  More importantly, where did they get my number?

    If Jess is an employee, he or she doesn't give anyone serious confidence in Vodafone.  Any company which employs someone so illiterate is unlikely to provide decent service.

    I finished work to find I had four missed calls from this number. I have no idea who it is, but if it is Vodafone, why would they be calling me? I've never been a Vodafone customer!

    this is a vodafone call centre, having received 4 silent phonecalls and one voicemail which was silent apart from a man coughing i answered to be told because i had called voda unhappy my details had been passed to their retention serive to try and keep me,
    having worked in a call centre its literall just a bunch of people sat around with calls coming through their headset(autodialled) when they cba talking to you and want their manager to think they are making long calls(commission can work off talktime too) they will just letthe call play out onto your voicemail as a silent message
    if they really arent bothered they just hang up the call as soon as it comes through
    fecking rude and i told them so when i finally got someone who wanted to talk to me

    Yes this is a vodafone number and its from their outbound team.
    Its a dialler system so if you dont answer itll kep calling you.

    Why do you continue to silent call customers when its clear from the previous 17 pages of compliants that customers are fed up with this practice. I get daily calls from you using this number - none of which are ever answered. do you think that makes me more likely or less likely to rush to buy from you in future!

    have always been a voda customer. 12months ago brought a  1year sim contract so last week thinking my contract was ending ordered a new one online as was working all week and couldnt go instore. but still yet to receive my contract... got phonecall this morning but didnt answer.
    amazingly though- my expire date was 2 days ago- and ive still got my previous contract running! they never told me they'll extend it!  seriously considering changing soon if they dont sort it out :/

    I got a missed call from this and I'm on pay as you go vodafone. I did get an automated survey call from another number a few days earlier though.

    I had a missed call from this number today and googled it and found the above 17 pages regarding this number.  I am on a contract with Vodafone for my internet through my work and contract is not up yet so don't know why they would be calling me.  Wont answer if they call again.

    It a customer services number - IE you call them to complain, upgrade or enquire about a contract...etc. This automated service asks you a couple of questions about how they did.

    Perhaps if you answered the call you'd all know...

    PS when interacting with companies like this the default is for this type of thing to happen, you must ask them not to contact you about this call and they will uncheck the box on their screen, that is the only way you can have cause for complaint
